This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Timber Creek Housing. The model for this home is the “Shoal Creek.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,000 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Sorry, I don’t like those open floor plans that you’re always showing us. Give me a Deer Valley with a separate living room that doesn’t open up to the kitchen. And the master bathroom was not my favorite. I felt that the bathtub was on display. I also prefer the closets to be off of the bedroom, not in the bathrooms. Call me old-fashioned, but I’m not liking most of these cookie-cutter homes you’re showing us. But, you have a great personality, and my fiancé and I enjoy watching you anyway~ Thanks for entertaining us, and God Bless🤗

I agree, when l see a foyer, pantry and great layout it checks the boxes I like. Decor and color choices are always personal, I enjoy Chances home tours. 🏡🏡

Hello Chance! I'm typing as I'm watching.
#1) I'd build a small Coat Closet where the table is sitting in the foyer, directly across from the front door. In the Living Room I'd exchange that electric fireplace for a Gas Fireplace.
#2) In the Kitchen I like that Pantry, except I'd remove the table and maybe the built-in cabinet as well. Makes the area kinda narrow to get back to the shelves. I'd just build more shelves; but at least it's big enough this time!! That Island is wayyyyyyy too big for us! Need one about half that size with wheels on it so I can move it around where it's needed. We don't need the sitting area around it, and the Microwave is wayyyyyyy to low to use unless you're a small child. Microwave would go on the countertop somewhere. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove with a Pot Filler if possible.
#3) In the Dining Room we’d just have a 4-person Table and move it closer to the kitchen. That accent wall is where Grandma's China Cabinet would go!

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the back splash in the kitchen and the main bedroom and bathroom. Chance, you're doing a great job, and I appreciate everything you do.
Fantastic floor plan and execution. Love that pantry. There needs to be a huge jar of peanut butter filled pretzels on that shelf next to Chance's Oreo's.

Nice lay out. I would make some changes in the kitchen. Need drawers over doors. Island all the same height. And don’t care for the microwave down low.

Chance, This is a very n8ce house. 2 drawbacks for me are that type of fireplace & the marriage line has the bump on it. Other than that, it's a great house. 😊
I think the backsplash clashes with the countertop
Really love this layout. Only a few things I would change like, no counter/cabinet in pantry so I can put a freezer there. Would do away with pet washing tub and have a counter/cabinet there. Rather have regular door or pocket doors going into master bath. Sliding doors take up too much wall space. One thing I noticed on the outside is where the water faucet is by patio door. A deck would be over the top of it unless you have a pretty big step down. Bad spot for it imo. Fave snacks always around here - chips, some kind of Little Debbie cakes, Ritz crackers, and 3 Musketeers fun size bars. My son used to work at the IP casino you show in your Biloxi videos.

I love the way you show these homes. I am a fan, and I just enjoy them.
The house was really nice.
I'd flop the beedrooms and the utility and 2nd bath, move the utility behind the pantry, add a back door and pocket door to the 2nd bath from the utility. You would have to make the wall with the door to the entry of the pantry be at a slant. Put a garage off the door exeting the utility and keep the side door off the end of the hallway. Make a wrap around porch that started at the wall of the garage with a ramp down and steps and ramp off those sliding glss doors to a patio with a fire pit off the back wall of the garage.
Best so far Chance, absolutely love the 5 panel doors everywhere, they are reminiscent of what’s in a 1920s craftsman bungalow.

Yes, Chance, I'm with you about chips! I like the salty snacks. At the beginning when the guy walked into the house, made me think if you put a sign on the door "recording in progress." Or do you have to edit that all out? Beautiful home has everything that I would want in my home! God Bless You!

This is a great home. From its curb appeal to a perfect size without being over the top. I like the lighter trim & baseboards, its looks more modern and helps brighten the home. Thank you for the tour Chance.
Hi Chance...beautiful home I love the all the doors...pantry is out of control....laundry/pet station awesome....the master bath 🛁 room is gorgeous.... love the kitchen island and those chairs. I would put a massive deck of the dining room....comfy and cozy....Be Safe Be Blessed

Love the layout.... Love the pantry.... Love the main bathroom. I know they probably use these homes to show different options but when it's in the same house, it clashes. I was picturing the kitchen with different options and it would be beautiful. I just found that the backsplash, counters and flooring were just too busy looking. It didn't match at all. I agree with you tho that that pantry should have chips instead of ornaments!! 😂😂. So with more streamlined features, this would be a great house

It would appear once again there is a extreme need for more Drawers in the kitchen so drawers over doors style cabinets would take care of that.
Just don’t care for the electric fireplace. I like the brick backsplash in the kitchen! Super nice pantry, 💃🏼🕺🏼‼️ Buttery kind of salty popcorn is my favorite snack!

A lovely home, I just would make some minor adjustments. In the master closet I don't need those book looking selves, just give me the wood racks all the way around. However, I do appreciate the closet is in the master bedroom. Also, I don't need that cabinet next to the toilet in the guess bathroom nor the pet station in the laundry room. I would like to have the washer, dryer, and a stand up freezer in this area. But absolutely a beautiful home 😍❤️👏🏽👍🏽
Wassup Chance?! I love the pantry, I'll take the fireplace and put brick or stone around it, I do love the size, I love the pet wash, good for bathing pets, and rinsing muddy shoes after doing lawn work.

Great tour Chance! Very nice home. Only thing it is missing is a coat closet. The black cabinets and doors aren’t my cup of tea, but I’m sure that is an option.
I think I like this home better than most you have shown. I don’t like built ins in the living room and so would ask to not have it. But rooms are nice size!

Chance I like the vertical transom window by the front door 🚪. Now imagine that same window in the main bedroom, 2 of them on the side where the bed would typically be. I had that In a single section and liked a lot. It's a good option to have. Maybe it's there but had to write within first hour of the video.

I always get irritated with how poorly the interior design is but apparently that's done to showcase all different types of options available
Totally agree. I dont like black. I prefer different color. I am sure you can ask dealer what you want and what changes then they will do that for you. Ask the dealer to have their drafter to give uou a call and explain what you want or you can use brochure as a sketch and they can do a CAD drafting to change sized etc. Then will send uou a printout and see if uou like it. Saame with their interior designer what you want or the dealer has colorr chart or chip and circle it for what. Ask a local dealer about those options.
I agree with you. I believe more ppl are really "Color Blind!!!" In fact More Men are "Color Blind" then Females !!! I wonder if they were in a hurry to stage that place !!!
