This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Skyline Champion Homes. The model for this home is the “Skyliner II Q110-J.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,493 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! So many plusses......a coat closet, the kitchen sink not on the island, big closets in the bedrooms, a sink in the laundry room, a closet that could be used as a pantry, walls for tvs in the bedrooms, and that outdoor space!!......thank you Chance!!

I have to admit, these homebuilders of manufacture homes are finally upping their games. These structures are getting more intricate, more fascinating, and more comfortable for being a real home. Pretty soon, nobody will have site built homes, when you can just install a new one on your site foundation!! And even change it out if you get tired of it and want a new home.
Mr. Chance.........how about touring the FACTORYs? I would LOVE to see how they make these homes from start to finish!!!
There's a lot on social media that can be searched for to watch, too. I have had the opportunity to watch a few being shipped in on trucks that were incredibly organized by what was installed from beginning to end. Fascinating. And a total Wow to learn about the multitude of arrangements that come together

Love this home.Love that the microwave is not above the stove. The only drawback is very few of these homes plan a place for a freezer.
What house plans a place for a freezer though?😮
Maybe you can plan it over a basement and put a deep freezer there?
@@Patticakes001Custom ones do. I personally would ditch the sink in the utility room and use that space for a freezer. Not everywhere can have a basement.
I really love it...but it needs a pantry, and primary bedroom and the closet in there need to be bigger. Which I'm sure can be done. Not a bad price. Thank you for the singing! Very good! I hope you picked up that water bottle.😅 Thanks for the tour.

I love this home, it's beautiful inside & out. All the bedrooms have walk-in closets. 👍 Very pretty countertop on the kitchen island, and the sink isn't on it. The furnace & hot water heater are all in the utility room where they belong, and it has a sink. This will be added to my favorites.
Things I love about this house: 1. Walking in the front door to the living room and not the dining room. 2. Gas stove in the kitchen. Gas stoves are a non-negotiable for me. 3. The size of the house and layout. Big enough to feel comfy. Not too big, not too small. Things I would change: 1. I would move that outdoor kitchen area from the side to the back of the house. I do not like having to walk through the laundry room to get to it and vice-versa. It makes more sense to me to have it in the back of the house from the dining area. Then, I can put a garage on the side and then come into the laundry room from the garage. 2. I would add a front porch in front of the living room and those beautiful tall windows instead of just a walk up stoop. 3. Definitely needs a pantry. 4. I'll pass on all the smart home stuff.

Noticed the air vents were in the wall, not overhead nor in floor. Nice switch! Loved the huge closets in all rooms.
That's it...I'm getting one of those firefly thingamajigs! Everytime I see one, I ask myself, "why don't we have one of those yet?" Asked and answered! No more excuses! Thank you, Chance! 🥳

Only thing that matters in these homes is the floor plan bc you can buy any of the finishes you want (granite, wood flooring, light fixtures, etc).
I love the outdoor living space. Great house! The only thing on my wish list is a pantry.

Wow, very impressed it hit most of my must-haves. Good sized secondary closets, front entry coat closet, good storage in the bathroom, lots to love here. I'd have to turn the pantry by the laundry into a coat closet for entering from side door (which you'd do if you had a garage) and I'd rework the master shower as I don't like full glass fronts as they're a pain to keep clean, but fairly easy fixes and all the rest of what I love is there. Impressed. Oh, one more, I'm not a fan of coming in an ext. door and having the laundry open there. It should at least have louvre doors that could close it off. Possibly fixable.

It's a all-around beautiful home. It has everything a family would love. The floor plan, design and decor is perfect. I personally think gray cabinets with the black top with matte black faucets, pulls and the surrounding of the shower. Perfect! I rate it a 9❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I heard about this house in 1960 as a kid. This is the house of the future and I like it. It feels like 2024 in this house. The porch is a have to have option on this house and the deck. This is a well sized and designed house it’s beautiful. Thanks Chance

Finally. A coat closet next to the front door.
For me, it was down to Skyliner II Q120 or Adventure Homes Mojave Homestead. I chose the Homestead. It was about what my retailer had on hand but also it is easy to get dazzled by features and not realize the same size house is $20 more per square foot. In the end, I opted against the Skyliner II because of the Rolling Stones rule: you can't always get what you want but sometimes you get what you need. I am still blessed with the Homestead. Chance Home World opened my eyes to the possibilities.

This home is beautifully proportioned, I love the layout. It has a lot of plus points, real fire, coat closet, perfectly laid out en-suit bathroom and option of an amazing deck. Love it Chance, thank you!

Not bad. Put together quite well for that square footage. Price, lowest should be the highest, and guess that does not include either deck option. Wish you would come to Virginia and seek out manufacturers here (they've come and gone over the years) for us, or at least nearby state where VA is included in delivery/set up region. Shoot, you've gone just about everywhere else, right?

Wow, wow! Lovely kitchen, laundry room with a sink, and the closet is almost as large as the bedroom! Great back deck with cooking area and fireplace, and master bath is very nice. You chose a Good one, Chance!

I love a good coat closet especially up here in PA. As we get snow and slush and rain, etc. and it ends ups the jackets are all on the kitchen chairs drying out most of the winter. I like the color of the cabinets in the bathroom and laundry room. The kitchen has a lot of drawers and as I would have no need for a wine cooler, I would have anyother cupboard there. I wonder how they winterize that kitchen deck especially in Wisconsin, etc. I do love big closets!!! I like having a cupboard handy to the toilet in case you run out of toilet paper and other necessities. The tile in the shower is nice as it doesn't look like black mold has attached your bathroon. I love light colors much better than some of the tilles and floors.
I have a Skyline 9! It is the name of my sewing machine, a Janome brand. 🙃
Love the coat closet! Absolutely love the porches/decks! But..I see lost opportunities..as in Master bath. It should have a barn or pocket door & utilise the wall space better. I like an enclosed water closet & c/have one w/open shelves AND enclosed section. I w/ hang a curtain to enclose..& ideally a small window!..(if outside wall)
In the kitchen..the space should be balanced around sink..open shelves BOTH sides. Love those! Absolutely love the stove!
On exterior..please put black instead of brown contrast!..& keep the stain color VERY golden! Is such a beautiful combo..Thanks!
Oh..& in the Master bath..not a fan of mirrors! Like the old fashioned cabs w/mirrored doors w/overhead decorative lights! I never hear about ventilation in baths. If very important..esp w/light & auto-start on entering.
Another thing not mentioned usually, is roof-pitch & wall height! I can guess...😊

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it, especially the porch. My favorite parts are the built-ins and the open shelves above the kitchen sink and the fireplaces. Still no tub in the master bathroom.

Hello Chance! Good video! This house is almost perfect!
Like the coat closet in foyer. The Gas (or wood) Fireplace in the Living Room, perfect! The Microwave is in the perfect location. There's a Gas Cook Stove, although it could use a Pot Filler. The island might need to be a tad smaller and have wheels put on it. We don't really need a dishwasher though, so have it removed and add another cabinet or drawers. The Dining Room Table would need to be moved closer to the kitchen; then Grandma's China Cabinet could be put on that wall. The Furnace and Water Heater are in the Utility Room where they belong! That closet in the utility room I'd use as a small Pantry. Too bad there's not a spot for a freezer! The 2 Guest Rooms would be turned into my rooms. The bigger bedroom would be my Library with a small sitting area (probably use the big walk-in closet for it). The smaller bedroom would, 3/4's of it, be my Music/Studio Room, soundproofed. The other 1/4 would be my Office Room. Guest Bathroom is fine. The Master Bedroom is a nice size; so is the Closet. And the closet is off the bedroom, not in the bathroom! There looks like there will be room in the Commode area, if I remove the Linen Closet. We wouldn't need that big of one anyway, so I'd have a smaller one put in at the end of the Vanity, close to the commode area. Then I'd need to replace that Tile Shower with a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo.
I would love to have that outdoor living space with the fireplace built outside the Dining Room Sliding Doors! But I'd have it completely enclosed for year round use! Out the utility back door is where we'd build a Garage with a Storage area and a big Pantry and a good Freezer spot and a Pet Shower.
As I said, this place was almost perfect. Only a very few things I'd change, everything else is what I like. Of course, I may change some colors too, but that's no problem.
I love this one! Even if it is a tad more open that I like, it would work just fine. EXCEPT, I'm not sure about that control system with the wall control that controls everything. You are screwed if that goes down for some reason! And it would probably be expensive to fix. That might be the deal breaker on this home for us. I know my husband wouldn't like it. At all. Not sure I do either. We already rely way too much on electronics. Not sure I want my house controlled that way!!

Nice home. Only missing a pantry. Not a fan of those smart home systems. Remove the carpet and put the HVAC vents in the ceiling, gotta have the square sinks in the bath.
