2023 Canterbury Parkvue P38-CKL Park model. This 36' model is permanently set at Huggy Bear Campgrounds in Middle Point, Ohio on a 25x80' concrete slab. Has a full length permanent Dura-bilt awning to provide plenty of shelter from the weather. A 2 ton air conditioning unit has been installed to get you through the summer heat. Comes with a 10x12' wood shed, and a fire pit. These are built to last!

Very nice but I’m not sure why they would put a dinosaur air conditioning system versus a split mini system? Everything else is great.

These units are ducted throughout the home. Mini splits are great when no ducts are available
