Finally finally finally a home that looks like it was designed by someone who knows what he or she is doing, good storage and flow, space where needed, good closets, sensibly laid out master bath, and FINALLY a more realistic price.
That wall where you walk in the front door is beautiful!!! The house is very unique. It looks like a real house, not just a prefab thanks to whoever furnished it!!!💗💗

The fact that it doesnt look anything like a mobile home on the inside is a Testament to the fantastic design. They need to start doing that with single wides
Crazy good floorplan.
The BEST! The staging is first class and the lay out is almost perfect. If the master was off on its own, I'd say perfect.
Love the layout. Not sure about the 2nd kitchen a lot to clean. I wish the home builders would start putting in a half bath or powder room for guest.
We have an 18yo daughter and 13yo son, I would be in heaven if they had their own kitchen to trash and their friends eat their food. lol
They really do need a half bath around the kitchen area somewhere, otherwise the home is great.

Love, love, love!!!!!! Interior doors are fabulous. Not a fan of wire racks in closets😢 and I look for room in the laundry for upright freezer...otherwise...FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

I know they don't come with the house, but those fussy couches look so comfy! Loved the enter where the flex room could be an office. Love all the drawers in the kitchen and counter space, etc. When I first saw the laundry basket I thought it was a baby bassinet! They did a great job with decoarating this house. Great master closet!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the foyer, the doors leading into the flex room, and the laundry room. Also, the built-ins throughout and the open shelves in the 2nd kitchen area. I really love the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as the amount of closet space it has. ❤❤❤❤❤

Wow! Seriously love this one. The butler’s pantry is awesome, I’d enjoy that space for sure. The flex room would be my craft space, and I would fill the front hallway with large plants and Mexican pottery.🪴🪴🪴

My favorite thing is there are no bedrooms sharing a wall with the living room. There is counterspace in the bathroom instead of a sink taking up all the space. The second kitchen is wonderful and the entryway is beautiful. Whoever staged this place need to come do my house.

This is another great bang for the buck! If not already an option, there is only one thing I would change. Have a pocket door to the flex-room from that hall leading to the outside door. That way if you had a home office that maybe required in person visits for more privacy, or make it a study room you could isolate the noise better.

I think I would like to add a larger deck the full length of the end of the home, with a window that opens out from the second kitchen so there could be a counter and bar stools like one of the recent ones you showed.

My fav you've shown yet. Great size. LOVE the entry/foyer. Often times these homes have no foyer, which I don't care for (a foyer is a must). Your eye leads out through those front "windows" but still feels secluded. LOVE the flex-space/office. The doors! Love! The butler's pantry behind that kitchen, and the "mudroom landing" between that butler's pantry and office, great area to enter and haul your groceries in and put them away. The finishes are awesome. Love that there's NO carpeting. I could go on and on. We own a single-family home in Michigan, but dream of moving to southern Kentucky, on several acres (rolling hills, a pond...) A huge matching shed, and a chicken coup....peace and quiet to read our Bibles. Yes, I have mentally moved already. Lord, if it be Your will!
