    I like that you have no music in your videos and I love the white background and the little video boxes in the corner so you can see what is coming up next ;-)

    Thank you so much for these videos. I'm 50 years old, overweight and very out of shape. Your instruction is perfect. Talking through each exercise is very encouraging. When I feel like I can't do something or am about to give up a modification is suggested and I keep going. The countdown clock and calories burned is so helpful too. Spot on. I've only just begun and have miles to go before I can do everything well but I have to say these are some of the best exercise videos I have ever tried. I'm telling everyone i know about them!

    I am using this to recover from Post COVID Fatigue and muscle loss. So encouraging and supportive. I used to work out fairly regularly before the disease and the loss of strength has been frustrating me - this is the first workout in a few days that helped me feel strong and gives me hope. Thank you, FB :)

    Thought this would be easy but in the middle (since it as nice and slow i did more than 10 reps) I started to break out in sweat and I am sure my muscles are going to ache!! :) thanks for this!!! love all your videos and how inspiring you guys are!

  • @titallennial
    @titallennial 10 лет назад +5

    You guys are inspirational! I was really active during college because of our mandatory P.E. classes, and I was at my best when I did a whole semester of strength training. That was around three years ago, and I've since fallen from that ideal form. But watching your videos, which are all doable, encouraging, and sufficiently challenging, I started exercising weekly again. My progress is slow, and I have to fight bouts of laziness and my sedentary habits, but I'm always reminded of good health and overall fitness when I exercise with your videos. Thanks guys! You two are awesome! Hope I can get back into shape with Fitness Blender. :)

    this workout was perfect for me! my arms are so tired right now. i try to have a real workout once a week, but going to the gym is really expensive, and it's a bit too windy for my taste here where i live, and i'm really busy studying. but i'll definitly do this, and other workouts more often! my goal is to become fit enough to be able to pass the fysical test of the session for the military service here in Norway :) i still got a few years, but i wanna be prepared.

    Great beginner workout! I have stopped working out for 2 months and I was afraid to do my usual high-intensity workout due to eating poorly and not moving my body for 2 months. In this workout I was able to move all the joints in my body, focus on my form and breathing. I also was able to break a sweat.

    After watching so many of your videos I finally did one. I loved it, especially that you explain the exercises so well and give so many variations. While i have no problems doing all the leg-stuff, my shoulder is very weak and for an insane reason i have the biggest problem with the crunches - i get very tense with my shoulder and my neck.
    Thank you again for your wonderful program.

    I've been working out with you guys for over 2 years and I've never gotten bored! During the last few weeks it's been hard to find a core workout that doesn't have back bows. I'm 11 weeks pregnant, I'm also pretty short so my belly goes out very soon. What is a good alternative to back bows that will strengthen the back? Will there ever be a core video that doesn't have back bows or swimmers? They are great exercises but I can't do them for the time being. Keep up the good work! Thanks for all you do!

    It shows calories 179-318 at the end. How do I determine how many calories to credit myself for a workout? And btw, thank you for the VERY FIRST EVER workout that really and truly is for the out of shape beginner! I could actually do the entire workout (almost) instead of giving up and watching like I do with most workout videos!

    I've got some very sore muscles from the last days and it's allready late at night right now (so no more jumping around), so this was actually the perfect workout for me today :-) Actually I got the impression that I could still really challenge myself with these exercises, although I usually do difficulty 3 or 4.

    I like this beginner workout. It was not super easy, made me sweat quite a bit and also gave a decent burn. Daniel explains the form very well and encourages to move slowly, which only makes the muscles burn more ;)

    I really liked this workout, especially after not being about to exercise for the past few months. Been experiencing extreme lower back pain and found out after doing an MRI, that I have multi-level desiccated discs, a slipped disc and hernias, quite possibly assisted from car accident in 1999. It really feels good to be excersing after so long, but I have to use wisdom and take baby steps so as not to aggravate my lower spine. Thanks Daniel! 04/07/2017
