@@LuisPerez-vu1jm Trubisky threw for 6 TDs against the Bucs & 354 yards.
Point is bad QBs have good games. Trubisky also had a career record of 29-22 with the bears. Fields is 6-27…
First off let me start by saying he has an elongated throw which makes the ball come out slow. (Google it been a problem since college) he’s also been sacked 79+ times while having 4+ yards to throw the ball (huge problem)
He clearly can’t make quick decisions or read a defense.
He often runs out of clean pockets right into pressure (RUclips clips show that)
When he scrambles he looks at the ground or when there’s a clean pocket he runs into pressure.
The line can’t look good when you don’t get rid of the ball. He causes all the QB pressures from holding the ball too long.
He’s blown so many games getting sacked and making it 3rd and too long to convert. He converts 40% of 3rd down conversions.
Bagents first start he had 70% completion for 3rd downs.
Next the defense plays better because the bears offense didn’t have them out there all day long going 3 and out constantly.
Bears dominated with a time of possession of 34:06 to raiders 25:54 it’s not rocket science.
The line also looked better because of how fast Bagent gets the ball out and makes quick decisions.
(Also not rocket science when you don’t have a guy holding onto the ball forever and scrambling with his head at his feet ready to run then gets sacked)
Bagent keeps his head down field when he moves another great attribute.
Also Bagent was 3-3 in the red zone something fields of course struggles with.
Moore literally will be wide open clapping & waving his hands and fields won’t let it rip.
Lastly he’s a Ryan pace QB bust pick. This isn’t college he doesn’t have a full elite team all around to beat up on other teams. You know it’s bad when y’all gotta keep bringing up college when he’s in year 3.
You will never have an all around elite team at every position…
Only fields fans will be bias and ignore the facts… They can’t stand to be wrong about the guy…

For the record, while I'm not one myself, the Bears fans on Something Awful universally agree that that center, Cody Whitehair, is a complete waste of precious natural resources. They also consider him one of the most damning statements on the Bears' new front office regime, because Whitehair sucked LAST year too, and despite having enough cap space to buy a small country, the Bears didn't get a center.

@alondopierce7197 no I can comprehend it, and I know the line and its scheme is questionable. And I know a hell of a lot about football. And I know people like you know nothing about quarterback play. Fields is a great athlete who struggles to process information and read a defense. He struggles to make quick decisions and holds onto the ball too long. Great quarterbacks elevate their play and make others better around them. People like you think you know football but don't know a damn thing. A great quarterback can win despite of average receivers. Did you question the bears offense when it was putting points against Denver and Washington, 2 bad defenses? Look at Field's turnovers, especially fumbles. A fan boy like you thinks Fields need more time, but did you feel this was about Trubisky in his third year? I highly doubt it and Trubisky was terrible just to be clear. I played football and I coached football, I know alot about quarterback play. I'm not a fan boy of any player of the bears I just want them to win

A lot of this is why playing in that Ohio st spread offense is bad for a qb’s development. In college he is staring at the sidelines and Ryan day is fixing the play from the sidelines.

First play of the game, the out was covered by the other receiver that ran a hitch, was a pick 6 waiting to happen. It is interesting to hear them hammer Fields when a lot of the QBs doing thier reviews hammer the coach and playcalling on the same plays

Trubisky threw for 6 TDs against the Bucs & 354 yards.

How much is JF problem with reading the play is the abandonment of QB development by NFL teams.
Red shirt first year unless of injury and focus on training. Is so penny pinching for loss mindset by the bears here.
Why won’t this happen with the next guy too?

This is embarrassing. Fields is going to throw out to Moore, which was wide. Yet they ignore Blasengame outside of Moore, who was suppose to run a fly, yet instead stops in front of Moore, which puts another DB in area and fucks up play. 3 min and I'll stick to Daniels, Jenkins and O'Sullivan

What bothers me is the fact that the injury list is so long on a team that lacks any effort. How do you get injured when the effort level doesn't warrant it? I would hope that the coaches planned to tank another season to get even more weapons and even the team doctors are in on it making most players sit on the sidelines so losing appears to be by default! I have wishful thinking that the coaches don't suck, they are just tanking again for more low draft picks. They know most successful teams have several years of home-grown 1st round talent and I trick myself into believing this is all true! LMFAO!!!
