I wish I hadn't ;-).... Thinking that I should be able to power thru this with no problem. Boy was I WRONG! Thank you for this Funk!

I used to start dreading to go back to the gym from all the years of doing bodyparts workouts and how long those take. Funk makes it fun and efficient. Awesome workout funk did it with you today! Just got back into amateur boxing mid 30s I been doing your workouts last couple of weeks on strength days. With a family and work now these are great workouts don't take long and the type of conditioning fights need. Very humbling didn't think 30lbs dumbbells could burn me out so much . This one is so tough. I couldn't get through the full 40secs on some but I'll keep doing it until I'm through the 40 on all of them and can increase my weights. My new goal for this coming week. Thank you for this one.🤗🥰
Great workout! I have only done the regular burpees not the jack burpees or the side to side burpees. In just 20 minutes you have really got me sweating! Great job and it was as hard for you as it was for me.
That is tough!! I’ve done linger workouts and wasn’t this dad-gum tired! I love it!! U know ur stuff! U know how to put them together so that it’s extremely effective in just a short time!! I’m 50 but can keep up very well!!! 💪🏼

A word of advice if you're over 40 or 50: WARM UP before you do the first exercise. I hurt my back trying to do a similar set too fast and now I can't work out since it last forever to heal. It's been a week now and I'm feeling better. Robert should emphasize that on every video for the new ones.

Being in the zone is key for me it takes about 5 minutes thats how long it takes for my body to warm up
