    I know it’s been a year but I’ve been doing this work out almost daily to try and get in shape. It’s so tough but the time goes fast when you’re in the zone. Thank you for the amazing free content Funk!

      Being in the zone is key for me it takes about 5 minutes thats how long it takes for my body to warm up

    funk i have stopped bodybuilding to a certain extent. your form of exercise can even be done by 70 years old. Hoping that you keep on posting exercise videos. people need you

    Just what I've been looking for. I used to do these kinds of exercises at a local gym but they closed and hadn't found anybody on youtube that trains like this until I found Funk Roberts, so glad!!!! killer workouts, just how I like it!

    Coach Roberts, this is the most brutal and killer workout that i ever done, when i finish i fell náuseas, but it's the most complet and amazing routine. Thanks.

    41 overweight lost 35lbs in 3 months, glad i found this channel really good workouts going to start these tomorrow doubt i will see 40 secs but will aim for 20-25. Great channel thanks for sharing all your knowledge

    I am 58 and took this challenge today. 2nd set, I had to pause a couple of times to extend the break from 20sec to a longer 40-60 sec to lower my HR to the safer

    I'm a 54 yrs man in very good shape. I was a fan of all the popular HIIT programs out there and able to do them with relative ease (Insanity, P90x, Bodybeast). Then I found this guy.... I wish I hadn't ;-).... Thinking that I should be able to power thru this with no problem. Boy was I WRONG! Thank you for this Funk!

    Coach!!!!!! YOU are a beast!!!!! You and I are the same age well I’m 52, so a little older than you. I’ve been riding with you since 2014 and I’m going to keep riding. I hope you do the workouts in Thailand again in the future. I will be there! I’m doing this workout Thursday!

    I used to start dreading to go back to the gym from all the years of doing bodyparts workouts and how long those take. Funk makes it fun and efficient. I REALLY appreciate it, get it done home in 30 minutes with warn up, hit entire body. #consistecy #noexcuses....everyone asks me how do I stay fit late 40's? I ALWAYS recommend this guy. That's my couch.

    Awesome workout funk did it with you today! Just got back into amateur boxing mid 30s I been doing your workouts last couple of weeks on strength days. With a family and work now these are great workouts don't take long and the type of conditioning fights need. Very humbling didn't think 30lbs dumbbells could burn me out so much . Keep up the good work🥊🥊

    I just found my work out master you are a beast thank you brother. I've been wanting to get in shape for years but it's not easy for someone over weight and lift's batteries for a living so not much energy when I get off work but your work out looks so easy to do no equipment at all just dumbbells I love it I will start soon 💪🙏✌️

    This one is so tough. I couldn't get through the full 40secs on some but I'll keep doing it until I'm through the 40 on all of them and can increase my weights. My new goal for this coming week. Thank you for this one.🤗🥰

    Great workout! I have only done the regular burpees not the jack burpees or the side to side burpees. In just 20 minutes you have really got me sweating! Great job and it was as hard for you as it was for me.

    That is tough!! I’ve done linger workouts and wasn’t this dad-gum tired! I love it!! U know ur stuff! U know how to put them together so that it’s extremely effective in just a short time!! I’m 50 but can keep up very well!!! 💪🏼

    A word of advice if you're over 40 or 50: WARM UP before you do the first exercise. I hurt my back trying to do a similar set too fast and now I can't work out since it last forever to heal. It's been a week now and I'm feeling better. Robert should emphasize that on every video for the new ones.
