    In todays workout Funk will taker you through a brutal home HIIT workout using no equipment but your bodyweight using the ladder protocol. You will target your entire body with this home HIIT workout.

    Climbing and Descending Bodyweight Workout
    Perform each exercise for 30 seconds.
    You start with 1 exercise and perform this exercise for 30 seconds and then rest 30 seconds.
    Then you add another exercise, so you perform 2 exercises each for 30 seconds and then rest
    for 30 seconds, then you perform 3 exercises and rest, then 4 exercises up to exercise 6.
    Not only will you climb the ladder as we do in the first half of the workout but we also descend the ladder too. So once you reach the top of the ladder of all 6 exercises then you start to reduce the amount of exercises by 1 each time until you reach 1 again.
    1. Jumping Jacks
    2. Alternating Forward and Reverse Lunge
    3. Bear Push Ups (variations)
    4. Squats (jump squats)
    5. Abs Bicycles
    6. Burpees

    We wanted to thank you because you are so passionate doing this for us for everybody.
    We are training so hard we want to get a better shape we want to have a better metabolism also I’m training so hard because after all this chaos is gone the army is waiting for me man , I want to served this country with the same passion as I served in my country on 2013 that’s what I love to do baby!!!     I'm almost 59 in July, this is an awesome video. I got hurt in Military 1986,1987 after a year of rehab had c6c7 fusion, been ran over by a car in 1991,colon resection in 2017, hernia repair 8 months later where they almost killed me. I just completed the video with you and I feel so much better. I do kettlebell and total gym and this exercise was supreme. Thanks Funk Man. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

    In April last year I was 166kg heavy due lockdown a gain few kilograms and honestly that was gross. First I started with walking. Low imapct cardio, then I cut will crap that put in my stomach. Then my walks began longer and longer and now my routine is walking on Monday, Wensday and Friday and this wourkout on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I am rech my third milestone of six and that is 130 kilograms mark. First when I discovered this program and I start with it I throw up in middle. But failure is not option. Thank you so much.

    I’m under 40, but I like this format and the exercises. HIIT training is my favorite way to get cardio and conditioning work. Not much of a distance runner. I added some light dumbbells to the lunges and squat intervals. I enjoy how the work to rest ratio increases and then comes back down. Nice change up to what I am used to.

    Our gym's closed for almost 2 months now and Im just left with my reg 12K run and push ups, sit ups...thanks to you and to the rest of those teaching workouts online, I added some variations to my routine...I might lose some muscle mass due to lack of weight training at but least I know they won't sag but will just be toned instead.
