For this video, a viewer mailed me Method All Purpose Cleaner to see if it a remove bacteria even though it makes NO claims to be able to remove bacteria. I tested using sterile swabs and petri dishes. Thank you Jennifer for mailing me this product to test!

So far the only dish soap I have tested is Palmolive. I will add dishwashing detergents to my viewer suggestion list!

One product I tested of Mrs Meyers did well and another not so well.. so depends on what you are cleaning! Thanks for watching!
I think it worked really well for an all purpose cleaner. For those that don’t know you need to clean before you disinfect. And, for disinfecting one must leave the product wet on the surface for a specific amount of time. It will be in the directions just how long.
Right, that is why I said that this cleaner makes no claims at being able to remove bacteria. I tested this cleaner since a viewer mailed it to me! Thanks for watching !

Interesting that the method spray doesn't perform nearly as well as the method wipes. Isn't it essentially the same solution?
There are a few possible reasons, 1) could be a formula change as the wipes test was Sept 2023 and 2) could be that the wipes are better made for mechanical removal of bacteria than the paper towels I used. Thanks for watching!

Hi, About a year ago, I asked you if shaving cream was able to remove bacteria due to the alcohol in the product. I didn't see a video and was wondering if you can test it for me. I was hoping to find a cheaper toilet cleaner.

Yes I remember and it is in my viewer suggestion list. My list is over 1000 suggestions long, and I have not gotten to it yet. Do you want the shaving cream to test the toilet bowl?
I don't understand the logic of asking you to test products that don't claim to kill bacteria. Why do that at all when Method has an "Anti Bac" product?
I think being curious about a product is good. Some people want to know if a product can remove bacteria and I am happy to test it for them.
