    I envy these new detailers starting out...my advice is buy the DIY product line and listen to these two...Nick asks the right questions and is always willing to learn..Yvan is a master...I've been detailing for probably 25yrs and like so many detailers I have so many products...always wanting to try new products...I wish I was just starting out so I could only use the DIY line...LOL

    My GALLON of DIY Rinse Less Wash V2 comes tomorrow! I've never used a rinse less wash before and I'm excited to give it a try. The car hasn't been washed in a couple of weeks, so there is some dirty and grime build up. SO excited get home from work and give it a go, even in the direct sunlight! Just do one panel at a time and don't worry if it dries, because all I have to do is re-wet and wipe it dry, nothing left behind.

    I use rinsless on all my interiors. I grab an apc in some cases especially on foot peddles and in some cup holders depending on condition. Rinsless on a towel + a dry towel to wipe up and a brush to knock down some corners. Works great.

    There is a reason why I bought gallon sizes of All Clean, Rinseless, and Interior clean and protect. Rinseless does accomplish about 95% of what I do. All Clean always cleans wheels very well and it can be good for maintenance on coatings every three to six months. When I got back into detailing there was a ton of confusion between a degreaser and apc. Many detailers were using APC diluted 10:1 and them blaming everyone else when the interior plastics got destroyed and gauge clusters became so cloudy.
    Nick has not seen the movie Vacation where Clark puts the tray of food on the window at the drive in.

      If you have incredible suds in your foam cannon, add an ounce or two of All Clean for more cleaning power for the initial soak before rinsing. If you just want to foam All Clean on, try 15:1 in the cannon (so 2 ounces of All Clean). If you aren’t satisfied with the foam, reduce or add all clean to the desired thickness 👍

      I do have one question if you don’t mind. So I could use wash with incredible suds on a panel then spray iron remover on clay towel and panel 1 spray each to save time? Does that make sense, or would it be better wash the whole vehicle then iron remover and clay towel?

    how about windows? I tend to get this residue that is impossible to see without light hitting it.. whenever I try to clean it with any window cleaner it doesn't come off it just smears and it does look clean until I drive and the sun shines the window or the street lights shine on it then its very visible.. drives me crazy cause I always think its clean but its really not

    • @diydetailofficial
      @diydetailofficial  Год назад

      All Clean would be a good first step at 30/1 dilution. Do you have any fragrance items in your car, like vent clips?

    • @yoji8130
      @yoji8130 Год назад

      @@diydetailofficial no fragrance items at all. I believe it could be the off gas from the plastics or some type of cleaner I've used on it before. It's like a white haze squeegee does take some of it off but not completely.

      I hope this helps but when I first started my business glass is one of the hardest things to do. At first I thought it was the glass cleaners. What I have come to learn is having dedicated glass towels and separating them. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a waffle weave but it helps. The next thing is how you wash them. Any type of regular laundry detergent leaves residue on the towel and then the towel smears it on the glass.

    • @yoji8130
      @yoji8130 Год назад

      @@KevinMendoza-jm5fl could be the laundry detergent but I'm thinking it might the coatings from the chemicals being used and I found out the best way to take it out is dosing the towel in rubbing alcohol and you would also need a high powered flashlight to check if its completely gone
