Awesome recipe! I wanted to added mushrooms to the sauce because I love mushrooms. So I added fresh mushrooms in with the olive oil and the chopped garlic at the beginning of the sauce, and it was so good. I love your recipes!
Love it same way I do it . Yayyy I wish you had a restaurant this week we could really taste your food instead of following your recipes cause I think everything you make the turns into gold love it. Yummy 🩷👏
Thank you so much for this recipe! I've heard so much about it on Everybody Loves Raymond, I didn't know if it was an actual recipe! I can't wait to try it! Also, I would love to order a few jars of your homemade sauce. I never had homemade sauce and I want to try it. Please give us the details on ordering. I love your videos, keep up the great work!
Everybody Loves Raymond😂That's exactly where I heard it and now I am looking for the recipe. I am Italian and never had this dish. I will try making it but I will not be using Tarragon 😂
I made this tonight. No offense Pasquale, but I used a bit less olive oil than you did. This recipe came out EXCELLENT. I LOVE IT!!!! So good and spicy and garlicy. I was wondering though, could you put shredded mozzarella on top of it??
Another great recipe.... Thanks for sharing. Very quick dinner recipe...looking forward to making when fresh tomatoes are in season.... (appreciate the camera crew!) Happy cooking.....

Looks so good. I had to find this recipe because Marie on Everybody Loves Raymond makes this. I thought it might’ve been a made up thing until I looked it up TFS
Benjamin Cometa Since it gets an acidic braise I bet chuck would be amazing here with an extended gentle braising. Although maybe the flavors of the tomato sauce and steak work better if they’re brighter and more distinct, rather than muddying them together.
My dad used to make with Bucatini or mashed potatoes.. you may think the mashed potatoes is odd.. create a little well in the potatos for that gravy and trust me.. its a delicious spin and It always shocks people.. I too was a non believer
aha man I love stake, the first time I herd about steak Pizzaiola was on everybody love Raymond is mom always maken him steak pizzaiola no that I know what it is I gota try it

Suggestion: put 2 slices of mozzarela cheese on top, a pinch of oregano and put it in a hot stove, just to melt the chesse. There you have: the brazilian " filé à parmegiana" or Parmegian filet! Hope you like it! Congrets for your channel!! And the funny thing is that this filet is not from Parma...is just a name created in São Paulo in the beggining of the xx century...

Italians usually cook without measurements. It's usually a pinch of this and a hand full of that. You know by the " eye " texture and taste. Lol. If you go on the web under his title. Orsaria Recipes. Check his name might be giving you the wrong spelling. I believe all his recipes are with measurements.

I made this tonight. No offense Pasquale, but I used a bit less olive oil than you did. This recipe came out EXCELLENT. I LOVE IT!!!! So good and spicy and garlicy. I was wondering though, could you put shredded mozzarella on top of it??
I’m thinking of making this myself but had the same thought watching the video. The amount of olive oil seemed a bit excessive.
When I make my pizzaiola I put mozzarella 😊
You are awesome!
Hello! Chef!

Your are the best! LOVE YOU!
I LOVE your cooking Chef..I could eat EVERY DISH you make...May I ask what type of cheese would you put on Steak Pizzaiola?
David Cassaday I wouldn’t put cheese on jt
You can put shredded mozzarella, and let it melt in 400 degrees oven for about 3 minutes ,watching it so it doesn't melt to much 😊
you need to add some prezzemolo and capperi, they will bring this dish up another notch
I will try it, sounds delicious with those additions. Thanks

What kind of cut of steak is this?
Looks so good. I had to find this recipe because Marie on Everybody Loves Raymond makes this. I thought it might’ve been a made up thing until I looked it up
TFS
What kind of steak is used ( sirloin, rib, rib eye). I wouldn’t use round, it would be too tough.
Benjamin Cometa Since it gets an acidic braise I bet chuck would be amazing here with an extended gentle braising. Although maybe the flavors of the tomato sauce and steak work better if they’re brighter and more distinct, rather than muddying them together.

Cooking this tonight :) Thanks Chef
I to heard about this from everybody loves Raymond. I wonder what kind of steak it is, but it looks like ribeye. I can’t wait to try it.

Look'd Good.
goes good with rice!!
what type of steak is it? Looks like Ribeye...is it?
Yes, looked like thin sliced rib eye to me. Surprised to see there wasn't a healthy dose of fresh grated cheese, (parmigan or romano) before serving.
Looks like a blade/ chuck strak
I love the way he talks...i have a chop a garlic...plum a tomata
Thank you as always Thumbs Up!:)
Where is the grated cheese on top??
Pizzaiola goes great with mashed potatoes.
That pizzaiola is making me😋 hungry,😋 OMGOSH, 🌶 Nonno Pasquale 🥂 your recipe is so easy to make🍷🌶🥩🍷🍅 i will be making this soon
what cut of steak is that?
richie dichiro ny stripe
paul patane wtf that is not a ny cut lol thats a thin ribeye
Hey Pasquale, how about doing an Italian tiramisu video. :)
bueno
I wish I have a bigger kitchen so I can cook like him

Very good job the only thing i see that you should not do is keep oil in it.. Should pour it out. Im gonna try this. YUMMMM
The only reason to use flour is if it's not so good a steak. Top quality Scottish steak browns in seconds by itself.
Add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of chilli powder and 1 tablespoon of onion powder and it makes it like 2x better xD
👍
Issa da two steak I gatta a makea
Tomatoes and steak? ?? ???
Is he a made guy?
Hahaha
You know, the Mob really fucked things up for Italians. Anytime I hear this accent I feel like I should be afraid to walk into this guys house.
My mother just corrected me ..she said my spelling was wrong...di fame..no do fame ..😂😂😂😲🤤but either way it was good ...God bless from me and mama
I would have drained off the grease in the frying pan first, then pour the Sauce over Steak!
oops I misspelled sorry
Looks great but too much oil
Looked like a thin rib eye to je
Rib eye to me. Not je
That's way too much olive oil to fry the steak, but it looks delicious. He used Delmonico steaks, best cut, and so tender. Grazie Pasquale!
He sounds like Chico Marx

Tometa. Ok naaa. Lokka this 😂😂😂😂 funny accent

I wish there was a recipe. Video alone is useless.

It looks like you've been lifting weights!
No oh ya baby?
