    Awesome recipe! I wanted to added mushrooms to the sauce because I love mushrooms. So I added fresh mushrooms in with the olive oil and the chopped garlic at the beginning of the sauce, and it was so good. I love your recipes!

    I made this tonight. No offense Pasquale, but I used a bit less olive oil than you did. This recipe came out EXCELLENT. I LOVE IT!!!! So good and spicy and garlicy. I was wondering though, could you put shredded mozzarella on top of it??

      What kind of steak is used ( sirloin, rib, rib eye). I wouldn’t use round, it would be too tough.

    • @calebcologna8681
      @calebcologna8681 4 года назад

      Benjamin Cometa Since it gets an acidic braise I bet chuck would be amazing here with an extended gentle braising. Although maybe the flavors of the tomato sauce and steak work better if they’re brighter and more distinct, rather than muddying them together.

    Per preparare la carne alla pizzaiola per prima cosa versate l'olio in un tegame aggiungete lo spicchio d'aglio diviso a metà e lasciatelo imbiondire.
    Unite la passata di pomodoro e un po' di acqua che utilizzerete per sciacquare la brocca e raccogliere la passata.
    Aggiungete poi il sale e il pepe
    Lasciate cuocere per una decina di minuti a fuoco medio; poi unite le fettine di carne
    Per facilitarvi ad aggiungere le altre basterà spingere con una pinza le fettine verso l'esterno della padella, in modo da fare spazio per le altre
    Coprite le fettine di carne con il sugo e aggiungete l'origano
    Coprite con un coperchio e fate cuocere per pochi minuti (3-4 minuti saranno sufficienti), girando le fettine a metà cottura
    . Una volta pronta, non vi resta che servire la vostra carne alla pizzaiola!
    IMPARA UNA BUONA VOLTA!!!

    Suggestion: put 2 slices of mozzarela cheese on top, a pinch of oregano and put it in a hot stove, just to melt the chesse. There you have: the brazilian " filé à parmegiana" or Parmegian filet! Hope you like it! Congrets for your channel!!
    And the funny thing is that this filet is not from Parma...is just a name created in São Paulo in the beggining of the xx century...

      Italians usually cook without measurements. It's usually a pinch of this and a hand full of that. You know by the " eye " texture and taste. Lol.
      If you go on the web under his title. Orsaria Recipes. Check his name might be giving you the wrong spelling. I believe all his recipes are with measurements.
