He is the best. ❤ The Italian culture is so rich and loving. The food and sense of family. Dinners that lasted for hours at the table , everyone talking. No kiddie table. That is the real Italian image. Not what is promulgated in the media.
My Grandmother used to say Mangia mangia and call me filio mio. One of the reasons I love this channel is bc I feel like Chef P is practcally related to me. Even his hands remind me of my father's hands.
I found this video in early 2021 when we were still dealing with the pandemic. I needed some new dinner ideas and decided to try it. My elderly father, who refuses to eat chicken, smelled it, tried it and raved over it. I've made this dish for him EVERY WEEK since, and he loves it. We leave out the wine and it still tastes amazing. Thank you for sharing this fast, fresh and tasty recipe!
Me and my husband John just love your cooking show, You amaze us! We are completely hooked. You are a fabulous chef and we are so glad we found you. Sometimes we are up to 3 am in the morning watching your shows on RUclips. I learned the best of both worlds to cook from my mother who was Italian and my father who was Irish and he was a cook. It is amazing there is nothing you can't cook. My husband says you remind him so much of his grandfather who was also from Southern Italy.
My friend asked if I could make her family this dish and of course I did . Her family said it was the BEST chicken francaise they ever had. I cooked 8lbs of chicken! Fed my family as well. Haha

I made this today for my family and it is delicious! Only I added grated parm to top of chicken I and made pasta and poured the sauce on top. I also made homemade Caesar dressing for romaine and it was the perfect meal. By the way, the chicken was perfectly tender and juicy. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
I cooked this recipe for my daughter and her family and they loved it! They said it’s better than the ones we order every time we have a family get together. We don’t order anymore since then. Thank you, thank you ❤
I just made this dish! Was absolutely blown away by the taste. As Pasquale said, the chicken melts in your mouth! As a side dish I boiled some potatoes and added them to the gravy with the chicken at the end. I also recommend adding some thyme to it.
Made this tonight for hubby birthday. First time making it. It’s its favorite Italian dish. I paired with Pasquales Italian bread and my homemade pasta. He loved it. MOLTO BENE!! Grazie Pasquale!!!

@@gregormiller4037 It's all about proper servings on the dish and stopping your eating when you're full. Fresh, homemade ingredients with no additives are also absolutely ideal.
