Right on! 😄

"Salu...cough...cough...salute everybody, cin cin." I love your reaction to the 'oh yeah baby' every time. 👌🤣
The parmigiana looks fantastic.
Lmbo right that hot pepper he make me want to try it every time until he coughs
Me too my 4 year old son cracks up everytime
I get a kick out of it too! Especially when he coughs again and then takes a swig of the wine! LOL! Reminds me of my father when he used to eat that stuff. He's bald and would start to sweat and kept blotting his head with a paper towel but kept eating. And he would say "whoooo....whooo..woof" and pat his head!! LMAO! My late mother thought it was the most stupid and ridiculous thing she ever saw! 😂. But hey...the man is still alive at 92!
Where has this man been all my cooking life? He's absolutely delightful 😂
I just started watching his videos and I am astounded. He seems awesome and has amazing cooking skills and knows his stuff. He definitely appears to be hardcore Italian. I'm learning a lot from him.
It’s the little things like the garlic in the oil that makes ALL the difference in cooking.
Im from Bensonhurst Brooklyn and thats new to me, but makes perfect sense.
Honestly it barely does anything
@@pioneltapinessi947 it does let you know when the oil is hot. (Did it tonight)
Pauli used a razor blade.
He sliced the garlic so thin it would liquify one the pan with just a little oil
@@PassportBrosBusinessClass ....Maybe a truffle cutter could work too, but risky with fingers so close to the blade.
You have the same accent as my grandmother. I hear her voice every time I watch one of your videos. She was from Pozzallo, Sicily.
Chef Pasquale, I made this wonderful dish for dinner tonight. Believe me, I have no natural talent for cooking and certainly no formal training. I’m learning so much from you, and learning that preparing delicious food doesn’t have to be complicated. A couple of weeks ago I made homemade tomato sauce from tomatoes from my garden, following your recipe, of course. The sauce is amazing. Thank you for sharing your family recipe! Your channel is truly a blessing to me and so many others. Thank you for what you do and for sharing your passion. All the best to you, sir.
Now I am craving Chicken Parm, beautiful recipe.
Hmmmm I will watch your channel!
I'm from Author Avenue in the Bronx and I miss my Italian food. I'm so going to use this recipe tonight....
This looks amazing. Thank you so much for sharing these videos. I am Italian but I grew up without much family and I’ve always wanted to find the the authentic recipes for these dishes and thanks to you now I have found them. I am definitely going to make this for my husband soon!

@@Kingx90 Fantastic! I've made it several times! My husband loves it.

I want to thank you for all your delicious recipes. I brought my mom mrs rigazio home from nursing home on hospice because she was losing so much weight even thou she was getting feeding through her feeding tube and once I started cooking your food she was eating so good and came off hospice. My children and I enjoy your foods so much and feel so satisfied after eating. So thanks so much!!!! Leah
Oh yeah baby! Chicken parm is my favor!
Never had chicken breast this tender...ever. Usually dry and dull and chewy. But if you cook it this way, in the oil and then the oven its like you cant lose!
TIPS: Do pound out the chicken breast with a hammer (in a bag); helps to tenderize.
Also, after seasoning chicken with salt and pepper, allow to sit in fridge for an hour; helps to further tenderize.
Bon Appetite
How long were the oven times, he didn't say in the video?
@@uberderek recipe details are in the link under his video. 10 min in the oven, top with cheese and then another 10 minutes in the oven.
@@castlewhispers891 thanks!!
Just made this for my family and they absolutely loved it. So flavorful easy to follow and the house smells DELICIOUS!!!
I Just found your videos about two weeks ago. I have already made 3 of your recipes. My husband and I Loved each of them.

I love watching his videos he's so sweet and an amazing chef!
Thank you! Excellent recipe. Made it last night and the family loved it. Came out perfect with chicken so tender. I faked the sauce by adding some cabernet red wine and parmesan to grocery marinara. Not bad at all on the fly and very tasty.
I love your amazing beautiful cooking God bless you
Cin cin! Love his Italian accent! I made his parpedelle & Bolognese the other night. It was so so good!

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I made Chicken Parmesan for the first time after watching this video and everyone who I’ve made it for so far has absolutely loved it! If you do exactly what he says there’s no way to ruin it! So yummy!
Sir, You are Outstanding!!
I'm only part Italian but dang this guy makes me proud.
@Hingle McCringleberry Lots of people all over south are Italian, Irish, German etc. His name is Missouri traveller. Could be from St. Louis, KC, etc. Or his roots stated around one of those areas like my Irish family and STL. The Mississippi moved at lot of ppl.
so glad I wanted to cook this tonight, I found your lovely videos!
Thank you for sharing, I can't wait to make now!!!
Another Italian work of art by Pasquale !
Thank you, Dominic! Salute
im loving his accent and I love a man who cooks
Hey ma
I love this recipe. I have made it thrice and it turns out perfectly everytime, and I love watching you. Your enthusiasm is infectious ❤️
You can't beat what it felt eating it at Grandma's but if you like this, check out Adam Ragusea's chicken parm
I like the way he does this, most chicken parm recipes are basically the same, but he does something I also do, he seasons EVRYTHING even the oil, I love that. I think it defiantly adds flavor !
Made this tonight, it was delicious!!! Thank you
Lol, I love your videos! Have gotten some red wine and some, Oh yesh, baby!" peppers to watch them with.
Any idea what those peppers are called?
Love the channel. Any way to do a recipe for polenta and/or fried calamari?
I on a binge watch of the dude! It's so awesome to see traditional ways still!
I just made this with my own homemade sauce and wow, it tastes incredible! Thank you Pasquale!
Authentic Italian food😍😍🇮🇹🇮🇹
It's not an Italian dish at all, you can eat chicken parmigiana only in the USA.
Woooow 🤤
Looks delish! Grazie per la condivisione!
I have made this recipe twice and it’s always amazing!!! Thank you 🥰
Looks Good
“Eh, I gotta..” awwwww so damn cute
Looks delicious I was looking for something new to cook for my family and I’m definitely going to give this a try
First time watching your video and I’m already in love how easy and delicious everything looks thank you
"ohhhh, looka how beautiful, huh?" love this guy.
Best chicken on RUclips. Better than Emeril and obnoxious Fabio and everyone else.
I love the Italian thin breading it allows for much more of the meat to be taste vs tasting mostly breading.
You are my fav go to for recipes! Thanks again!
Why is it that he moves so slow but its mesmerizing?
Short n sweet lol that 's my favorite cook 😆 lol lol
Honestly the best chicken parmigiana of my life. I made this recipe for my family and they were unanimous that it was better than a restaurant. Plates were licked clean! 😋 thank u!
I love Italian Food! Can this man get his own show and a standing ovation!!
This is my favorite Italian dish. Back east where I come from, there are a lot of Italian restaurants that serve this dish. Here in Iowa there is no good Italian restaurants. I’m missing it
If it serves chicken parmigiana is not a good Italian restaurant but, maybe it could be a good Italian/American restaurant, in Italy this recipe doesn't exist and we don't eat spaghetti as a side.
Giovanna Very cool! Thanks for sharing!
@@gio7799 snooty people like you are a dime a dozen. Next you're going to say they don't eat "Chinese food" in China. Like we needed the clarification.
I think in Italy eggplant slices are used instead of chicken.
This sweet old man...
My exact same thoughts
I love the way you make this. Thank you for sharing. God Bless
Soo glad I bought some Parm last weekend:)...I've been on a coconut kick, so gonna break tradition, and oster some Panko and coconut flakes.
Damn! I'm first! I'm never first at anything. That's the way my Mom made it, She always had to have three colors so there was Parsley or Paprika on everything. Thanks for the video.
Yum..love Pap, I usually use smoked pap:)
Chicken Parmigiana is in the oven as I type! Cin Cin. Salut!
I love the way he says okay! It makes my day!
Watching u cook , makes my instant ramen dinner taste so much better. Thank you.
5:47 he got excited about the mozzarella, I trust him to cook for me and mine! Sir how much do you charge!? I need a hot meal right now
Reggie The Professa you feel me.. The pride and smile he had made me say “gon head pop pop” lol

Love when he says “and now” 😍❤️
Welp, I know what I'm eating for dinner tonight :)
If that doesn’t look delicious , I don’t know what does
I’d love some of that! Looks delicious.
Thanks for the videos! We love them! I watched your video on how to make tomato sauce & I finally realized what I was doing wrong... I WASNT DRAINING THE EXCESS WATER! My sauce would always come out watery & almost pink. But now, my sauce is bright red & thick, just like yours! Probably not as GOOD as yours though lol! THANK YOU!!! 🙏🏽
I know what I am having for dinner tonight.
I'm going to talk like this for now on.
🤣
😂😂😂😂
The best from the best Italian food’ thank you 🙏
