- This easy Chicken Parmesan recipe is one of our family's favorite weeknight meals, it comes together in just a few minutes and is sooo tasty! Crispy baked chicken in a rich marinara sauce and covered in melted mozzarella cheese. This recipe is out of this world delicious and a tried and tested family favorite. Serve on a bed of spaghetti or mashed potatoes.

This guy is PHENOMENAL. I already made 2 of his recipes, everything came out just as in the video, I can't believe I wasted my time all these years watching other cooks!
This looks incredible. I recommend using slices of cheese (I do provolone) and brushing the top with just a tiiiiiiny bit of olive oil before baking. It takes the golden brown crust to a whole new level. Can't wait to try your recipe.

I made this exact recipe the other night and didn’t even think about putting Parmesan or parsley in the breading mixture. What a fantastic idea! Next time for sure. 😄

I always use to much and have to throw it away or I use too little and end up having to add more. Uggh!! I can never get it correct.

Chicken Parmigiana is a pub staple over here in Australia, it is extremely popular and you can go crazy with the types of topping and cheeses you use :) (crusty cheese is the bomb)
