is there anyway to make vegatarian potsticker dumplings for those of us who don’t like Tofu? I love dumplings, one of my fav comfort foods, vegatarian and regular. I just wanna learn to make them more without meat so I balance it out. I just don’t like tofu
Hey Megan, you could omit the tofu and just go with broccoli, or you could substitute with mashed sweet potato. You could also add some chestnuts as well finally diced. 😊 Ange
What do you mean "don't eat the white part (of spring onions)?" At least tell me you're going to put them to one side and dip them in mayo later. 3 years late, but I plan to try this, maybe swapping black bean for tofu and experimenting with freezing them.
