No need for "tea-bags." Just boil everything together and filter the liquid later. Intermixing and interaction extracts flavour better. Dont worry. My opinion.
Hi Angela! Soup looks delicious 😊 im giving it a try. Did you know that plastic teabags leach plastic particles into your food when boiled? Even that tea bag that you are using, which is ‘safe for cooking’ according to the manufacturers. Recommended to sift aromatics out the traditional way, using a metal sifting ladle or similar non-plastic tool. 🙏🏻❤️
Saute the chicken and then the vegetables in little oil with 2-3 bayleaves, pieces of ginger. One siti in Pressure cooker applying high heat(about 6-7 mins) and put the gas off. Wait for 15 mins for the lid of the pressure cooker to open itself by its own weight, you are ready within half an hour with a delicious stew. I dont like to waste vegetables. For a denser taste and flavour, add chicken soup powder/ cubes.

I would ditch the bag right off! Saute the veggies first with oil. That brings more flavor than boiling. You can strain them out later. Your chicken is over cooked! After an hour it becomes dry even though its boiled. After you strip off the meat simmer the bones for 24 hrs. This way you get all the healthy collogen out. And dont confuse green onions with shallots!

Oh brother, so it's "Chinese" or "Asian"? Stick with one or the other, whichever is correct. It's "Asian" only if it applies to the whole of Asia. It's annoying when people who cook on TV lump everyone together. If it's Asian, is this how chicken soup is prepared in Bangladesh and South Korea? The "tea bag" is crazy. So why are the onions not put into the plastic too? Where's the salt? Why isn't the fat skimmed?
It looks delicious.
It soooo good!! 🤤

awesome dish ... awesome chef!
And filltered water also must be unique and very extraordinary for the soup!
Yes, filtered water makes for a much nicer flavour in the soup!

A "Massive and Jaint" or "Massive Jaint" onion it must be very unique for the soup.
Haha, yes, I just mean a very large onion! The bigger the better!
Made this exactly- its pretty good! So different from Jewish chicken soup :)
