(or is it in another partition?) I know that in D: there was a OneKeyrecovery folder and a Lenovo folder with restricted access for admin, colored transparent
For everyone in the comments saying that there’s is getting stuck at a certain percentage, DONT TURN YOUR LAPTOP OFF it does say it can take up to a few hours, just put it on charge and leave your laptop to the side, do not touch it!!

No just everything on the laptop, It will not wipe out your operating system. But if you downloaded the Microsoft office suite it will delete that as well but you can reinstall it if you have the license key.

I reset my laptop but froze (the laptop got couropted) so I installed a new version of Windows again(fresh from usb) then worked great
