So I get an error that says “additional free space is needed on the the drive where windows is installed. Free yo some space and try again.” But I have problems deleting files from the computer. What should I do ? Is there anything that can be done be about this ?
Jadea Smooth listen sweetheart take it to one of those cell phone places. But not the Verizon and att you have to take it to one of those independent ones. I found an Asian guy or middle eastern guys or India that can get it done easily. Can't be a corporate cell phone place.i know it's a laptop but those guys can get into anything they are brilliant. So find a cell phone repair place and ask them and if they can't they'll know who can. Show them this video and tell them it's not working for you and they'll figure it out quick but has to be Asian or those guys
i called around yesterday and and they would do a factory reset for 75 to 100 bucks, til i found this. man it was a life saver, worked like a charm, thank you david!
Gf had one from middle school she had no clue how to use anymore, this video helped me factory reset it and allowed me to get it back to her in working order!

The menu came up and even though I selected Enter Bios or Boot menu or anything else , it booted to the Windows login screen. So thanks for posting this video. Cheers

Well I actually take this back in the middle of resting the laptop it's screen went black. Just saying not to sure if it has anything to do with this but the laptop doesn't work anymore sorry for the disappointing news but try it out and see if it happens to you as well if so this is why there are comments
@@4fo412 I managed to partly solve the problem using Lazesoft password recovery. It cannot reset the user password but you can reset the administrator password and then you can open the administrator session. I deleted my account but you cannot create another one so you have to use admin session. Thats better than nothing, at least the laptop is now usable.

I bought one from a woman last summer. She left her info and some files on it. I intended to reset it but when I tried it says it needs a disk or usb device. Looked all over RUclips and everyone is able to reset it just fine without. Does it need to be connected to wifi maybe? Is mine the only one that requires this? Very strange.

Just did it with a Toshiba & now with my Lenovo 330 Edge,this time I put a 1TB & 6Gigs of RAM but never use any Creation Tool or Download from Microsoft. This is the fastest way for a as New Laptop that works Everytime so easily,still takes time but this way is best as on the 1TB there was a password I did not know & this way works 100% .
