currently I am trying now and waiting for the last step. hopefully it will worked and upon opening the hopefully there's no password required. I'll just gonna give an update once it work on my lappy

Worked great upon 2nd try.For the first time i held Alt+Shift without the left Click.But for the second,i held Alt+Shift and the Left Click as well.Thanks👍

In the menu to restore pc with a light blue background, 2 options appear: 1. delete the drive only where windows is installed 2. delete all drives... what happens if I select option 2 of all drives? is the windows image deleted? (or is it in another partition?)
I know that in D: there was a OneKeyrecovery folder and a Lenovo folder with restricted access for admin, colored transparent

I have tried this several times now and it gets to 31% then it comes up with a screen saying there was a problem and it couldn’t reset. I’m going out of my mind trying to work out what’s wrong. I have sold my laptop and it’s being collected tomorrow 🙈
