    One trick to start your day off happily is to place a smile on your face and hold it there, you will feel it after just a few seconds. Then pray and be thankful for the day to come.

    Not making fun here, but aside from my immediate family, I look to my large two-year-old Labradoodle. She depends on me and I her for daily interaction with someone who returns it. I'm a senior and friends and family members are dying off.
