He appears older because he has lost fat in his face, which has caused his skin to sag. However, his body and metabolism might actually be younger. This is also the case with Bryan Johnson. The only solution to this issue is to inject fat into the facial skin, which is what Bryan Johnson did.

Some I would disagree with and pumping the idea that vegetarians and their diet are a detriment and one should eat lots of meat does NOT show up on his face! I'm 71 and Dave looks older than I do and he's only 50! And yes, I take supplements, exercise, meditate, etc. He works out on expensive machines, takes expensive supplements and look what you get! Indeed, older individuals who are skinny may appear older than their overweight counterparts.
This is due to the lack of fat in their facial skin, which causes the skin to sag and gives them an older appearance. However, despite their older appearance, they may actually be younger on the inside.

I think for longevity and health the person to listen to is Bryan Johnson. If you look at Bryan Johnson you KNOW whatever he's doing is working. Comparing a picture of when he was young to one right now you would swear it's not even the same person. He absolutely looks better than he has ever looked. I once saw an interview with someone who told him he looked like an elf (a fantasy elf, not elf on the shelf - perfect porcelain skin, solid body) and I have to agree. Dave Asprey doesn't look any different than your average, relatively healthy, guy next door.

I take 2 cups organic unsweetened coconut shreds and mix with about 5 cups warmed water, blend in vitamix 2 minutes, then strain through cheese cloth. Last 4-5 days in fridge, fat will rise to top and sometimes solidify but I just use a fork to break up and mix back in. I drink about 1/2-1 c mixed with my chai powder and add cinnamon and pumpkin spice, maybe a splash of homemade vanilla. Yum 😋

Love the explanation of getting to forgiveness. It resonates so beautifully with my faith in Jesus. At a cellular level, we are not created to walk in the grief of trauma and bitterness. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful, cut and dry movement through the hurting parts of being human, as a means to get to an experience that brings peace and authenticity to self.
Awesome interview! Ha! As I’m writing this, Dave’s talking about the “cellular level”. Such a validation. Our souls are connected to this hive mind Source, that personally, I know to be what some might call the “Holy Spirit”. I love connecting to the deeper truths of reality with my community. It’s so grounding for my days. Thank you for the light you share. May we all reflect the source of it as we continue through this existence ❤️🥰

This is Dave Asprey, an American entrepreneur and author.
He is the founder of Bulletproof Coffee which is often called butter coffee. It is basically… grass fed butter and an oil (MCT oil) and coffee beans.
So it makes sense that he would be pro animal milk….his company is based on it…with grass fed cow’s milk.

Wow what an amazing interview I love Dave Asprey so much he needs to have a national broadcast calling out all this misleading health food and information. You asked all the right questions Jay, as you always do. This is one of my new favorites. I sent this podcast to 6 of my family members. I hope they get as much as I did from listening to this interview.

He looks around his age but he does look healthy. Thats what matters. A lot of how you age is genetic . Actually a lot of his info is spot on. I don't think his mic of vitamins/Minerals is going to just fix everything and everyone. Ea person has different deficiency and different genetic Polymorphisms.

Such big lie from Shetty! Cmon, I've been following Asprey since Bulletproof early days and honestly hes not getting younger but aging according to his age! I know you need to introduce someone to the show but... honestly above all. I mean wearing a cool T-shirt makes everyone look younger but Asprey is just getting old as normal.
