Just wanted to say...took your chicken thigh dish in a different direction. Had ground chicken meat and made the same sauce with the spinach and added me some onions and mushrooms and placed on my noodles. really nice and yummy delish.

My man choked on a cherry tomato (in the dark) so he was bent over going down the hallway and I jumped up and smacked him on his back because I didn't know what was happening....he turned and went back into the kitchen and I think he ran into the counter...which dislodged it. It was SCARY. He said he put it in his mouth and accidentally inhaled. Small bites are good.
I know that I'm coming in here very very late (blame RUclips for suggesting it now) but on the pork chops... I just cook mine from the start in the oven (no frying pan!). Spray some oil on your baking sheet, then spray the tops of the chops with oil also. Bake for 20 min, flip and 20 min more. Done. There's a chance that they're done sooner, but I've never checked (just followed momma's recipe!)
Hey Mandy. I have been watching your videos for quite some time. I love Steven's taste tests. I wish my hubby was more descriptive about my cooking hahaha. I wanted to recommend a seasoning to you. if you can't find it I'd love to send it to you. It's called Steak n chop seasoning by Webber. You can usually find it at Walmart/food lion. It's great on steaks, pork chops, chicken, beef... Everything.
The only major improvement of these recipes is using Gold Potatoes instead of dry Idaho potatoes! Golds are so very ,very creamy~ especially wonderful in soups to!! Yummo😋😋

We love to add sliced black olives to our tacos or nachos. *TIP* use liquid from the can of olives for some of the liquid needed for taco meat, it really adds to the flavor! 🌮
just curious on which tortilla chips you guy like? i usually buy the aldi for when we make nachos (i find them to be less salty) but lately ALL the chips are broken :( we make chicken nachos once a week over here! kind of like what you would get at The Cheesecake Factory!
Love your taco stuffed peppers crave them constantly... also love your mexican rice though I have tweaked it a bit... instead of tomato sauce, I added a can of rotel tomatoes... mmm so good...
Easier way for the rice: replace the chicken broth and all other seasonings with Knorr tomato bouillon when toasting the rice add a little bit of onion to it. Also, I love your channel and you make recipes look so easy!!
If you will add a little mayo to the refried beans it will make them so much more creamy. Sounds weird I know but trust me its good. I make my own refried beans using ranch style beans. Little oil in the pan the. Add a can of drained ranch style beans and use a potato smasher just like you would mashed potatoes. Add a little mayo and your done! ~rooster
I make sloppy nachos sometimes. I made sloppy joes a long time ago and didn’t feel like a sandwich. So I took the sloppy joes and used then on my Doritos nacho chips regular cheese ones with refried beans, rice and cheese. Then when it is done add what you want to them. My kids were little they loved them and still eat them today at 31 and 28. People think it weird till they try them. Everything looks great.

Mandy, what kind of pepper mill are you using? It looks like it really distributes the ground pepper generously. Mine (which is the one rated #1 with America’s Test Kitchen), is so stingy....
I got it at Sam's club. I love it. Depending on which pepper mill you have, you should be able to adjust the output/size of the grinds on either the top or bottom of it. Ours has that too. Ours is on the bottom where the pepper comes out. Hope this helps!!

I know its not on this episode of your videos, but the sheet pan potatoes were a real hit in my home for dinner tonight.
When I make sheet pan nachos, I spread the beans on the bottom then stick the chips into them. Then I put the meat & cheese on top.

If you coat your meat in flour prior to the egg dip...it helps the egg hold better so it ''breads'' the meat better.
Add a just a lil milk to the beans before you microwave them,they will get creamy
