We made the pot roast and the flavor was really good! However, for anyone concerned about the salt content you can easily adjust it. I didn’t add the celery salt or the truffle salt or any other additional salt. And I used water instead of beef broth. We still found it too salty near the end so I added an additional cup of water to it and it was perfect. We used the leftovers for beef sandwiches on onion buns topped with provolone cheese. Thank you for the great recipes!

I don’t know if someone already mentioned this, but when you are trying to make thin sliced zucchini or squash, lay them on there side and use your vegetable peeler to get even thin slices, then just keep repeating. I noticed that you thawed you ground beef in the microwave and then browned it in the instant pot. I have learned the best trick from Six Sisters on pressure cooking frozen hamburger in the instant pot, then finalizing it on sear saute. To do this, place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the instant pot, then place your trivet and then the hamburger. Pressure cook for 20-25 minutes with a quick release. Once done, dump out the water and grease and crumble on sear/saute until fully browned. After doing this, you will never go back to trawing in the microwave!
