Mandy, I made the White Chicken Enchiladas today. I was amazed that I cooked something this good. That sauce is so delicious. I’m just learning to cook as an old man. I watched dozens of channels and then selected my favorites to study and try out recipes. You were one of the channels I chose, as I trust your husband’s reactions. 😂 Thank you for teaching me and changing my life!!!
I may be a strange duck but I would probably put corn bread on the side of the bowl to soak up all them juices from the chicken chili

If Steven is anything like my husband, he's not super picky when it comes to meals. Knowing the preferences of what your partner likes to eat also helps, obviously. I check comments and reviews when I make a new recipe too. Happy weekend, y'all!
My hubby happily eats anything I serve him. From Zero-executive-funtction days of boxed mac and cheese and weiners, to bold and daring instant pot experiments. Bless him!
These look great I really liked your Jiffy Mix recipes showing several ways to use one product. When you live on a limited income being able to use your items more than one way is a blessing for sure.

I never knew that Pampered Chef tool could shred chicken.....good to know! Can't wait to try a couple of these recipes, especially the enchiladas.
When I make any type of Mexican dishes or casseroles, I make oven baked tortilla strips to top the dishes. I cut them super thin, lightly spray with non-stick spray and bake at 350 until crispy. (Keep an eye on them!) You can dust them with a little taco seasoning for a little added flavor and color. They add crunch and just make the plating beautiful! Thanks for the recipes and for giving Gracie cheese!🥰🥰❤️❤️
Mandy I am so glad you make these top 5 videos! I had totally forgotten about the white chicken enchiladas. I wanted to make them when I saw you make them originally. When you put something in a top 5 video its a great reminder that I need to try it! Keep up the good work Sweetie!
All of these looked so good! Especially those enchiladas! I missed Steven’s announcer voice for the count down! Loved it when he did that. His voice is perfect for it.

Oh my goodness girl! The Chicken Enchilada Rice Casserole was a complete Hit my Family loved it, love it, love it, love it!!!👍 I did include the 3 other ingredients you recommended the taco seasoning, can of green chiles, and the hot Cholula, (that was the part I didn't know how much to add) but, if it wasn't to spicy they just added more. Turned out AMAZING! They Definitely want me to make this Again👍❤ Love watching you and your cute family. Keep up the good work girl you're doing AMAZING! Love Yeah😘❤😘❤❤

I made the chicken rice dish with leftover steak instead of chicken. We loved it and with leftovers I wrapped up in tortillas and froze for quick lunches.

I made the enchilada chicken rice casserole for dinner tonight! It was delicious 🤤 I added some Worcestershire Sauce to the mix. (In UK/Ireland we just say ‘Wooster’ sauce) 😁

I made the cheesy chicken enchiladas for supper last night we really liked them. ..
The cheese sauce is really good 😋
The only thing I did different was .
I sauteed onions and chopped tomatoes to put in my tortillas with the chicken and the mozzarella
I have been making number 5 for awhile now and we all love it! My husband uses the leftovers on his eggs the next day

One thing I like about the recipes is that all of the ingredients are easy to get and things I keep in stock in my pantry and freezer.

My corgi comes running from anywhere (including a dead sleep) when she hears the bag of shredded cheese! I always sprinkle a little on the floor for her to hunt up 😊 also a dollop of sour cream on the tater top casserole will cut the spicy down
I make my chicken enchiladas pretty much like you did. The only change is I use corn tortillas and I give them a quick fry. My husband will not eat flour tortillas. So I know that recipe is good.
Same a quick fry to bring out the corn flavor..That's what I also do when making soft shell tacos..
It's fun to cook for a husband who likes to eat. You're lucky. The bloopers are always funny. TFS.
Have you ever thought about doing a meal plan program? I believe you would do well on it. A simple shopping list, tips you have, I think you could make a bit of $$ doing it.
