Dear Mandy , I know this video is an older one but I hope you get this comment . I’m sitting beside my husbands hospital bed . He just had a double lung transplant. I’m watching your videos trying not to cry . It’s hard to see him so sick , hooked up to so many machines. He will be tube fed for at least the first three months post surgery. But when he can start to eat again I will definitely be making some of these recipes for him . Just want you to know that this video has helped get me through a very difficult day . Thankyou ❤
I’m 65 years old and I live in a nursing home. I enjoy watching cooking shows and I watch more of yours than others. In fact I have watched yours till I’m watching re runs now. Love your show!
My grandma would have a heart attack! She was a young mom with my dad (his father just up and left) during the depression. When she taught me to cook, I was never to waste. I always, always had to rinse the cans out with the water or broth I was using in the recipe. She was a hoot and I loved her dearly.
We have done three of these recipes now. The Korean beef, the chicken fried rice, and the lasagna soup and everyone of them has turned out well and all 4 of us like

I can't cook chicken any other way !( I just put frozen chicken and a cup of broth and dry seasoning and cook for 25 min and slow relise and I love how it tender and shreds apart) I you mandy! Your videos brighten my day! And I love watching you and your husband together! Your sense of humor makes me laugh out loud! Thank you!
Try adding paprika (it’s a main ingredient in stroganoff) as well as parsely. If your son doesn’t like mushrooms just put them in food processor and let’s them cook with the meat and seasonings to get a lovely flavour
I made the Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Beef Stroganoff, Lasagna Soup and all were quite tasty! I made the Korean BBQ Tacos last night, and my fiancé was still talking about it today as well as already trying to plan when I’m going to make them again! I always feel comfortable trying these recipes after your family has made them because we like the same flavor profiles and meal types. It had been a while since I used my Instant Pot, too. I bought my first instant pot over a year ago. There was so many to choose from. I read reviews and they had a new one with a air fryer lids attachment so I went big and got that in a 8qt and it is just me but I did not care how big it was. Still did it's job. I too was afraid but now I love it. The first meal I made was a full chicken. Pressure cooked it and then placed air fryer lid on to make make my chicken fried and crispy. The chicken was so juicy. My second meal was beef stroganoff I used beef stew meat and everything else that you used on this meal let me tell you the meat was so tender and fell apart in your mouth I absolutely loved the beef stroganoff recipe next time I made it I made it for my mom she absolutely loved it she hadn't had beef stroganoff in a long time and when I told her I cooked it in my instant pot she was amazed so last Christmas I bought my mom an instant pot she too is afraid to use it I have to push her and be more comfortable with it but I'll get her into it like I did thank you Mandy for putting all your most videos that you liked for the instant pot I will sure try the rest but the beef stroganoff yes best ever.
Just made the beef stroganoff for my husband before he had to leave for work at 1. Making that pillsbury blueberry lemon dessert & the pepperoni pull apart today also.

My husband brought her home thinking he would raise her as a outside cat. My brother and I both kept telling him something would kill her. She is mostly a inside cat now, LOL. It is OK with my husband because he has become attached to her.

Adorable! 🥰 I’ve been wanting to try Korean BBQ and this recipe looks perfect. I was so intimidated by my instant pot, I left it in the box box for months 🤣 until I stumbled onto a channel with lots of beginner videos. Got brave, got a few burn notices, put some yellow masking tape by the Venting side of the lever, and learned if I can smell the food it might be venting. Kudos for moving ahead with yours. Thanks for a fun video and delicious recipes to try.
My daughter gave me an instant pot and I’ve been Leary of using it. I’ve joined some groups to get recipes and try to figure it out. Im so glad I watched your videos I’ve gotten more courage and understanding to start using my pot.
Hey Mandy! I know by this time you’re feeling better and have also gotten much more comfortable using your Instant Pot…it took me awhile to not be afraid of it too but I figured if hundreds of people could use it successfully so could I so after buying and giving two away, I started watching RUclips and now own two more, a 3 qt and a 6 qt and look for ways to “play” with them…the venting scared me to death so I bought a Minion diverter which saved me and my upper kitchen cabinets!!!

Just made the beef stroganoff and we loved it! With 1/3 cup lowfat sour cream, 97/3 ground beef and low sodium broth it's under 500 calories a serving and makes 4 servings! Highly recommend!

I’ve been buying chicken fried rice at Sam’s. I’m so happy to see this recipe. I think I’ll add diced water chestnuts for a little crunch. I can’t wait to try it. I can freeze in serving sizes and be all set. ❤️❤️

i got an ninja, similar to insta pot, about a year ago and for the first five months i was obsessed and cooked ONLY in that. my family was so happy. i have moved on to baking and using my cooktop sometimes but i am always looking for something to pressure/saute/airfry in my favorite appliance.
I was like you at first when using instant pot. Now I use it every week to make my meal prep for the week. Easy and fast. Steven is so funny love him 🤣🤣
Finally made the lasagna soup. It was great. Daughter said it was missing a little sumpin. She put a dollop of ricotta in hers and moaned over it. I tried it and it really made it taste like "real" lasagna.
Hey Mandy! Love your videos. Not sure if anyone told you but you can use a binder clip with your instant pot to keep it from spinning. Just clip the inner pot to the outer pot. 😁
As always you’re recipes are delicious looking and on my weekly menu! One thing I do with the Insta pot is I cover the lid with a dish towel when I do the release. Much less scary lol!

You were SO funny when you released the steam the first time!! It reminded me of the very first time I did the same thing using a regular pressure cooker over 50 years ago!! Bless your heart! 💖🌸 🥰. Let me give you one hint, (learned the hard way)!! 🤣. If you have tomatoes inside your cooker, don’t release the steam near your cabinets, bc they’ll turn RED!! 🤣. I now put a wet, clean dishcloth over the steam release, to catch the red steam! You always do an awesome video with your side-kick/taste-tester!!! 🥰🎉🙏🏼

I’ve made the chicken fried rice many times since you first tried it. I use a bag of frozen mixed veggies so no chopping and put the eggs in at the end. It makes it all a little easier and so yummy!! Thanks for all your videos.

I am anxious to try the fried rice. I lived in Asia for 8 years and can make whopper fried rice but it is so labor intensive. I can see where the rice cooking in broth would really be yummy

I remember the Korean tacos you made! They look amazing. I taught English in South Korea for 2 year and love the flavors. The lasagna soup and stroganoff look fantastic, too. I make a pork chop recipe similar to the stroganoff recipe but using the slow cooker. Also, I have a white chicken chili recipe ( it is not mine) that I think you all will love. I'll email it!

I just re-watched this video and decided to make the stroganoff using our Ninja Foodi (same method as Instant Pot). It was so easy, so fast and so good. Definitely will do it this way again.
Mandy I have been using the pressure cooker since 2009, going on 12 years now. I was not afraid at all. I have been very tired as of late. I have had problems with Sciatica. Now it is all about PT or getting massages.

I make a lasagna soup as well, however I do add ricotta cheese to mine too. A favorite at my house.

I’ve made the chicken fried rice many times since you first tried it. I use a bag of frozen mixed veggies so no chopping and put the eggs in at the end. It makes it all a little easier and so yummy!! Thanks for all your videos.

I am anxious to try the fried rice. I lived in Asia for 8 years and can make whopper fried rice but it is so labor intensive. I can see where the rice cooking in broth would really be yummy

I remember the Korean tacos you made! They look amazing. I taught English in South Korea for 2 year and love the flavors. The lasagna soup and stroganoff look fantastic, too. I make a pork chop recipe similar to the stroganoff recipe but using the slow cooker. Also, I have a white chicken chili recipe ( it is not mine) that I think you all will love. I'll email it!

I just re-watched this video and decided to make the stroganoff using our Ninja Foodi (same method as Instant Pot). It was so easy, so fast and so good. Definitely will do it this way again.

Mandy I have been using the pressure cooker since 2009, going on 12 years now. I was not afraid at all. I have been very tired as of late. I have had problems with Sciatica. Now it is all about PT or getting massages.
