Mandy, my bulldog lost his mind when Gracie Lou was crying when y’all were eating the hamburger goo. He was looking all around for an injured kitten, he loves cats so much. He babies them, cuddles them, kisses them and is so sweet with them. He was so worried Gracie was in trouble, bless him. I wish I wasn’t allergic to cats so I could get one for him. I really think when he lived on the streets (he’s a purebred English bulldog that someone tossed out on the side of the road in Chattanooga I adopted in 2019) a cat might have been his best friend because he’s super protective of cats. Give Gracie some love for us

I love English bull dogs, it was my dream to have one w/my fiancé, after we wed but my fiancé passed away 2 months 2 days before our wedding, I couldn’t bring myself to get one after losing my soulmate but I adore them, I adore all animals but your baby sounds so sweet. The old adage that cats and dogs are mortal enemies is so wrong and your sweet boi proves that. May god bless you, your fur-baby and your family and keep you all safe♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🐾🐾

I can’t believe someone just tossed him out like garbage. I knew I had to have him. I lost my English bulldog (another rescue that I saved as a senior from euthanasia) recently and I promised him I would adopt another bulldog that needed me as much as he did. What I didn’t realize at the time I needed another bulldog to help me heal. I was only supposed to foster Moose but I knew the minute I saw him he was staying with me forever. I fell in love at first sight and it was mutual. He picked us to be his family. He is literally the best dog in the world. He is so patient, so gentle and so loving. My niece is 5 now and he will let her dress him up in a tiara and tutu and just sit with her carefully to not knock of the tiara and gently lick water out of her teacups while they play tea party. It’s so precious! He goes into the domestic violence shelter and works as a therapy dog. He has a calming effect on everyone that meets him. Even my neighbor, who is terrified of bigger dogs after being attacked, loves him and comes out to pet him and give him treats. He’s a very special dog. He didn’t just help me heal he’s helping others to heal as well. If you ever in Nashville let me know! I would love for you to meet Moose and have lunch with us. ❤️🤗

I had dogs all my life and then I rescued 2 kittens, after my fiancé passed, he’s been gone 29yrs now, I’d never had cats before, they were comical, one of which was a short haired, pure white, pale blue eyed and born deaf, he was like a dog, Powder was his name and my other boy, Scampy, was a long haired, multi colored, brn blk wht, green eyed little lover, but he only loved me bc I lived alone, he’d hide whenever anyone visited bc he’d get scared, I miss them. I’d love to have a fur-baby again but bc of health issues, I’m now disabled and still live alone, I never found anyone after Jimmy passed that I cared for or loved like him however if I was physically able I’d have a dog and a couple cats but sadly I’m barely caring for myself these days. I envy others fortunate to have pets and especially those who can foster, I’ve got a few friends that foster but I personally would get too attached, I’d never let them leave. I hope that all is well with you and your health, you’re a very kind soul and I’m thankful that you and Moose are together, what a blessing for you both. You’re a very generous person to invite me to meet Moose and have lunch with you if I ever make it to Nashville, that’s incredibly sweet and trust me if I could I would. I just love that you respect Cole's wishes to be on or off camera. I'm sure it seems like a small gesture to y'all, but I know so many people who disregard their children's feelings with things like this. Respecting those wishes, simple as they may seem, can subconsciously teach our kids great lessons about consent and respect for others as well as themselves. Sorry this is such a strange comment! I made the Hamburger Goo for supper tonight except I put some frozen mushrooms in there as well. My husband absolutely loved it. He just kept bragging on it. He asked me if I made the recipe up myself. I told him yes as first but then admitted I got it from your video. LOL I served it with smashed red skin potatoes (with cream cheese, milk and butter added) along with cooked carrots.

My mom used to make the same recipe as hamburger goo. She called it goolosh. She served it over rice. We had it at least once a week. Thank you so much for sharing this. I plan to make this tonight with the buns and instant pot potatoes with fresh greenbeans and and ham from the freezer leftover from Thanksgiving that I season with Goya Ham Seasioning. The first one I was thinking that's almost my sloppy joe recipe, except for the mushroom soup. But your hubby said the same thing and said to try it with the soup, so I'm gonna do it. I actually do the Mexican one at the end, doin that for years.
For the pot roast I'd add some Red Pepper flakes, and maybe some sriracha instead of the pepperoncini's! I can imagine that the flavor would be amazing!
Mandy, you just blew up my menu plan for the week. With each meal I was like- “oh, I will swap out one of my dinners for this.” Now I have added all three meals for this week!!! I am so excited - they all look delicious!!

I made the Hamburger Goo last night. OMG it was delicious. I didn't have ketchup so I used Sweet & Tangy BBQ sauce also didn't have hamburger buns so I used biscuits. It was so good, will definitely make again.
Hamburger Goo! I think I will try that on a baked potato. 😋 As for the Dub sauce, I actually prefer French’s over Lea & Perrins! L&P seems watery to me. Another great week of Winner Dinners. All of these look wonderful. Thanks again Mandy!

They all look amazing. A thought on the pot roast for the kick would be to substitute the wine (or 1/2 the wine) with the pepperoni juice. We love Mississippi Roast (I usually use pork roast myself) but will definitely be trying this one as well! Have a great weekend!
These little fur people are so precious, it's to bad they can't live longer lives. When you lose one of them it feels just like one of the family. Moved 4 months sgo & had to put our beloved & precious little 14 1/2 year old dog to sleep. Her kidneys were starting to fail, she was going blind & I think she was also going deaf. The apartment we moved ton didn't allow pets, this really broke my heart. She was my baby, we stayed with her until she had passed over. Still sad months later, first Xmas without her.
Comfort to the max. I think my mom added green pepper to everything she added onion to. I can't have potato salad or cornbread dressing without it now. This all looked wonderful.

Our store was out of the Lea and Perrins so I grabbed what they had which was Heinz. My husband and I did a taste test with whatever was left of the L&P yes it’s much better than the Heinz. I’m still going to use it all up. If you’re familiar with Tamarind that was the flavor that comes through on the L&P. Also a hint of raisin.

I normally add my cornstarch to cold water before adding to hot item to get super smooth gravy

The first one I was thinking that's almost my sloppy joe recipe, except for the mushroom soup. But your hubby said the same thing and said to try it with the soup, so I'm gonna do it. I actually do the Mexican one at the end, doin that for years.
For the pot roast I'd add some Red Pepper flakes, and maybe some sriracha instead of the pepperoncini's! I can imagine that the flavor would be amazing!
Add carrots and mushrooms in with the roast. When done you have a veggie side to go with your meat and mash potatoes.
The casserole sounds like a great use for leftovers and get a completely new meal 😋
Mandy, you just blew up my menu plan for the week. With each meal I was like- “oh, I will swap out one of my dinners for this.” Now I have added all three meals for this week!!! I am so excited - they all look delicious!!

I made the Hamburger Goo last night. OMG it was delicious. I didn't have ketchup so I used Sweet & Tangy BBQ sauce also didn't have hamburger buns so I used biscuits. It was so good, will definitely make again.

Made it yesterday. I sprinkled finely shredded Colby Jack to the sandwich since I do that with sloppy Joe too. So good.
Everything looks sooo yummy & perfect for this time of the year.
The enchilada casserole was so good! I thought I had a can of sauce but I didn’t so I made homemade and it was so super easy!
Would be good with tortilla chips.

When you cook veggies like that, if you put lemon pepper seasoning on them, you’ll never cook your vegetables without it again!😋
They all look amazing. A thought on the pot roast for the kick would be to substitute the wine (or 1/2 the wine) with the pepperoni juice. We love Mississippi Roast (I usually use pork roast myself) but will definitely be trying this one as well! Have a great weekend!

These little fur people are so precious, it's to bad they can't live longer lives. When you lose one of them it feels just like one of the family. Moved 4 months sgo & had to put our beloved & precious little 14 1/2 year old dog to sleep. Her kidneys were starting to fail, she was going blind & I think she was also going deaf. The apartment we moved ton didn't allow pets, this really broke my heart. She was my baby, we stayed with her until she had passed over. Still sad months later, first Xmas without her.
Comfort to the max. I think my mom added green pepper to everything she added onion to. I can't have potato salad or cornbread dressing without it now. This all looked wonderful.

Our store was out of the Lea and Perrins so I grabbed what they had which was Heinz. My husband and I did a taste test with whatever was left of the L&P yes it’s much better than the Heinz. I’m still going to use it all up. If you’re familiar with Tamarind that was the flavor that comes through on the L&P. Also a hint of raisin.
