Great video. I love these cooking videos. The food looks great. 👍
Thank you!
Your daughter is doing a great job as sous chef!
I'm glad she's interested in helping at such an early age! Someday, I'll just be able to delegate :)
Just some good info......wash your rice in a fine strainer before cooking you will be shocked what you get off it. Love your cooking videos too :)
I'll give it a try. Thanks!
I’ve been wanting to try Einkorn flour in my homemade bread. Where did you find the best deal on it? The bread looked delicious!
Thanks! I got mine from Amazon, which was convenient, but definitely not the cheapest option. Thrivemarket.com has a good price on einkorn if you order enough products to get free shipping. I'll be getting mine from Azure Standard in the future.
I've never put flour in when making hamburger patties. What is the advantage?
Breadcrumbs are often added to help retain moisture in the burger (they soak up juices from the meat). My almond flour swap didn't really serve that purpose, but I think I'll try that measure-for-measure flour next time instead.
Have you tried making the burgers in the air frier.
Also none of the additives are needed : No almond flour, no sauce, no salt, no eggs no nothing - just the meat, comes out way better
I haven't made burgers in the air fryer; I'll have to give that a try. I do occasionally make meat-only patties when I'm in a hurry, but I like the flavor best with seasonings; to each their own, I suppose.
