    I absolutely love your workouts, I have had issues with my back for years and I love that your workouts are standing and you modify so I don't need to jump, You are so encouraging and I love your accent, it gives me a sense of accomplishment in the mornings.

    Good morning Lucy I love the shorter workouts so this is just fab! I'm out of breath writing this but I'm going to do another 5min cardio blast now 😅. I normally combine the 5mins cardio blast with your 4mins HIIT the menopause😊😊😊 workout . It would be great if you could more of those kinds of work outs if possible. I'm definitely going through that phase now with hot sensations, lack of sleep and high anxiety. Your excercise gives me brief respite ❤❤❤. Thank you so much ❤❤❤

    What a breat of fresh air. Doing 3 of these every morning Mon to Fri since May, combined with healthy clean eating, occasiona fewl glasses of wine or a beer here and there and a bit of junk now and then.
    Lost 1 stone so far - I've had no trouble keeping this up as it's fun quick sharp and energy boosting to keep going 👌

    Great workout!! They're so easy to improvise with to! For instance, the last exercise, when doing the jump out, I raised my arms up! Did the whole thing twice and feel really energised! Thank you, Lucy ❤

    Absolutely love everything you do. Fantastic for all ages. Sometimes I only have 5 minutes. Currently dealing with hamstring injury. This didn’t aggravate it at all. Have loved following you over the years.

    What are the exercises for not getting an hour glass body shape> can you create a 10 min standing exercises to avoid the hourglass? i've been looking all over youtube, but all i see video favor hourglass shape? thx to consider this

    I love your workout but i workout better with music it motivates me more and talking it just boring so i would recommend putting music instead of talking for the whole workout
