Good morning Lucy I love the shorter workouts so this is just fab! I'm out of breath writing this but I'm going to do another 5min cardio blast now 😅. I normally combine the 5mins cardio blast with your 4mins HIIT the menopause😊😊😊 workout . It would be great if you could more of those kinds of work outs if possible. I'm definitely going through that phase now with hot sensations, lack of sleep and high anxiety. Your excercise gives me brief respite ❤❤❤. Thank you so much ❤❤❤

Lost 1 stone so far - I've had no trouble keeping this up as it's fun quick sharp and energy boosting to keep going 👌

I love your workout but i workout better with music it motivates me more and talking it just boring so i would recommend putting music instead of talking for the whole workout
