I'm not an English speaker so sorry for any mistake. I can not express how valuable your videos are to me. I discover your channel last year with a similar but longer video with frame door stretching and strengthening targeting scapula elevator and romboid muscle. After completing that routine 100% for the first time in MY ENTIRE LIFE I woke up without back and neck pain. I was in tears, I even start to feel those muscles and correct consciously my posture. I integrated some of those excercises and stretching now and then but I lack of discipline and the whole routine take me more than an hour and some of them feel really exhausting to me. This video is like the perfect middle ground with the best ones and some new of those, the tennis ball on the sock is absolutely brilliant.
I have a crepitant scapula and hyperkalemia, my neck and upper back hurts since I'm a child (currently 32 y/o) because of weakness and instability in my back muscles and struggling to maintain correct posture. Kudos to you Dr, just finished this routine and my pain is gone for now.
I swim 3 times a week and that helps too, but I'm thinking about starting Gym too. There are some similar routine or excercises to target those muscles that you could recommend but with Gun equipment? Thanks a lot and wish you the best

I just started a new job and ended up having so much pain in my upper back. I was surprised because I work out everyday and use a PEMF mat too. I tried your exercises and had instant relief. I was afraid I would have to leave my job.
So far my back feels great.
I may get a compression shirt to see if that may help me because my job is so physical.

Doc, I have a massive lower back pain on my right side since monday. Also my upper right leg feels "dizzy" if you know what I mean. I couldn't move an inch on Monday. I had a corona infection a a week before and felt the pain the first time at the beginning of the infection. But the pain was gone after a day. The infection was mild. I started to work a little on Monday at home, deconstructing some of my old floor and after two hours of work the pain came back massive. I had some back issues on my left side before, but not as extreme. I went to the doctor un Wednesday but he told me my spine and muscle seems ok, it must come from overstressing movement. Today is Friday, I can move but still have pain and dizziness in my upper right leg. What do you think ? I really need tk fix it...I took some painkillers, hoping it would help and maybe get rid of an inflammation. But it didn't work. Should I see another doctor?

I watched a few of your videos one showed decompressing the neck and one similar to this one. So I have both lots of pain in my neck upper spine joints and lots of pain in my shoulder muscles up the side of my neck and sometimes into my shoulder blade area. I am right-handed but the muscle pain is always on my left shoulder and left side of my neck. Sometimes I get bad headaches and the pain can last several days. Would like to see a video that addressed both of these type of problems at the same time I would think they're probably other people that have similar issues. Thank you, really enjoy your videos.

Hi Doc. Thank you for the exercise lessons. My shoulder and arm were aching so badly (extreme pain 10/10 or more if I can go over the scale level) at night when I tried driving a car in the morning one day using the popular gear shift that is built on the car's floor for just about 10 minutes. I can only use the gear shift by the steering wheel because it is a lot lighter compared to the regular one I mentioned earlier. I have herniated disc at various locations at c-spine, lower back, T1, and shoulder's join problem . Also, I cannot do chin tuck because it will my neck be in pain and I will have stiff neck. I would greatly appreciate it if you have excercises targetting the muscles specifically for this task. Thanks.

Hi @DrRowe -- I've always had a knot/ tightness inside of my right scapulae and up into my right trap. The other day I was rolling on a lacrosse ball and did something terrible wrong. I've not been able to function since. All along my rhomboid area on the right side, it's throbbing. I can barely sleep at night because every position hurts. Now there is numbness and tingling all down my right arm. I've tried a few of these, but it hurts too much to even stretch. Any thoughts?? I am so miserable :(

Hi! Helpful video as always, I particularly liked the last exercise and the stretches. I was wondering if you might have any further suggestions for targeting the muscle below the shoulder blade that seems to connect the lower-back(dorsal?) ribcage to the spine?
