    Well I’ve suffered from backache for 33 years (since being pregnant with my son). I came across your post on Friday and I’ve been following it each morning since. I’ve been doing it for 4 days now and already feeling better about myself. Hopefully my back will improve too. I’m 60 years old and finally decided to take care of myself. I’ve also recently given up smoking after 48 years of poisoning myself!!!

    i had severe back pain due to continuously sitting for almost 5-6 hrs daily for studying..but now that i hav tried your first three exercises my back sore is almost gone..thank you buddy

    Today is my 4th day of doing this exercises and my 80% of back pain is gone...Thank you bright side for uploading this video...I was really suffering too much of back pain but now I am so comfortable at work and having a good sleep too. 🙏 ❤️💃

    Just did it today. I haven't work out in a month because of my back pains. Even just a few minutes of this workout made my back feel better. Will definitely do this everyday so that I can start back to my exercise regimen.

    Ive just started these exercises today as I have a bad back and am struggling today. They look so easy but I could feel my core muscles work which was great. Love the short exercise. Will let you know how I get on

      Meee since we do online school i sit forwards all day and my back begon to hurt so bad and i did this and it worked like a wonder but got a little bit pain over 🤞

      I’m the same. I’m in bad lower back pain. I can feel these working. How many reps should we do? How many time a day should we do this as well to fee better in 2 to 3 days?

    With my spondylosis and knee tendinitis, these exercises are great simple helps on top of 2 to 3x a week hot compress on the painful areas. Thank you very much 😊.

    Really amazing exercise. My backpain was so severe that i couldnt sleep whole night but after this i am feeling blessed. Thanks for sharing useful exercise. Stay blessed.

      Those exercises might help you to relief from your pain for minutes or hours but not for ever. I love those guys for workout, but this, this is another topic. There is no as such as back pain or shoulder. it's all in our mind. please search about TMS/PPD pains or search the initiator of this idea Dr. Sarno. Nothing will heal you except your mind.

    This is the real effective one.
    Whenever I got back pain I tried this one and it really works in just two days.

    Exercise #5 works so good for lower back pain, I do it when I wake up and I'm good for the day till my pain comes back in the morning. Hope doing these workouts everyday heals me for good.

    These are great exercises! I do them when I'm finished with my P.T. exercises for the day, they make my back feel great. I had a bad back injury and these really help with my posture, strength, and pain. I feel as though it helps with my core strength as well.

    These workouts are amazing. I was lying on the couch and back pain came. So i searched this video and worked out with it. After 7 exercises, the back pain is gone. Thank you for sharing. I will come back daily.

    I'm a big 300 lb. guy who has suffered with chronic lower back pain for 5 years..I try my best to stretch and do some of these every morning before getting out of bed,..as I cannot get down on the floor, nor I would never be able to get up... I hurt all day long and it is impossible for me to walk alone, without two canes or a walker...I am 79 years old in a few days, and realize I have to try to get more mobile..I do not want to be wheel-chair bound for what-ever time I have left in this old life....Thanx for your demonstrations an will try them first thing tomorrow morning...Robert Smith Bradford Ontario..Canada.,,,

    I do cardio for 30 minutes lifting weights for 30 minutes and do this exercise work very good, My back was hurt before from lifting weights too heavy but now is good thanks.

    It's been 7-8 days I'm doing this exercise regularly... I'm glad that my backpain is reduced more than 80% ..but there is no difference in my physique ,I'm feeling more stronger and active ❤

    It's really work ...I really improved my back 👍👍... I am player 🚹so paining is a challenge for me ......when I stand like relaxing then when I stand up again then a sudden pain got start in my back but when watched this video then I did those exercises daily and within 2 weeks my back pain stopped .....I really thanks👏👏 bright side😁😘😘

    Thanks seeing as I don't go to yoga class il do this exercise routine daily as my back has been killing me and as I'm a dance teacher I need to heal my back asap.

    Some of these exercises are for the abs more than back .. i couldn’t do them since i am pregnant but i did the mild three of them and it really helped my back pain immediately..

      yeah...They were good exercises, but some important details were missing. Without explaining those details, it would have been killing people's health.

      Mya Sutherland Ya, don't do excerise with irritated back. Put ice or heat on it first, then excerise.
      My gf done this, and now she is increase frequent urination, back pain, groin pain , clitorious pain (Clitordynia), headaches, tingling a over, hip pain, and stabbing pain in ankles.

      MpaYn Actually since I had to make some research about hamstring strain and what should we do if we get a strained or/and injured muscle, you should not put ice BEFORE exercising, you can after but not before. I am not really sure but I think it is because you should never exercise a cold muscle, you will get injured. That's why before every exercising we have to warm up before, prepare that muscle to work. Putting ice on it is putting it at rest and you don't want to work on a muscle in that state.

    This is my go to video for a quick core exercise.. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now. I know all the exercises but easier for me to just follow along..
