    This was perfect! 20 minutes is such a great length because then I can also squeeze in a quick 10 minute yoga practice. I would love to see more 20 minute cardio workouts with weights!

    I love this workout! I don't like to do heavy weights and high impact workouts due to my knee problems. But this one really burn and tone my body. I hope you will continue to produce videos such as this or make a few 30mins videos because l find it creates a long lean body (especially for an hourglass body shape like mine). Keep it up Eleni!

    I loved this soooo much. Used 2 pounds on my ankles and between 1-5 pounds for arms. Really good music too!

    No puedo creer lo cansado que fue hacer esta rutina yo juraba que teniendo una sola mancuerna de 4 libras no me cansaría nada hoy hice la rutina completa en casa bueno con algunas variantes porque tengo mucho sobrepeso pero sin duda la seguiré haciendo seguro me ayuda a bajar de peso muchas gracias eres increíble 💖

    hi eleni! been following your workouts for many months now.. i have a question, for this tone n sculpt workout, do we need to do warmup & cool down? i just notice at the end of this workout there’s now warm up n cool down..

      Hi🥰 if you didn’t move before or added this video after another one, it’s always better to do a warm up before. A cool down or a stretching is also really helpful. Just choose one from my playlists🤗

      You can also use heavier weights, but the heavier the weight the more controlled you should handle the exercises😊
