    New to poly from jabra.
    Some ringtones from pc dont come in (purecloud)
    Another laptop wint olay any audio unless the audio settings page is open.
    Android only transmits audio calls but no youtube, sporify, chrome, etc.

    Does anyone have a guide to replace the battery in this headset? I've had mine for several years and it's not holding as long of a charge and was looking at replacing it.

    When use the microphone of the headset no matter if it's on a PC or a phone, it always block the audio and only make me hear my own voice, even if the open mic is off. This happen each I plug it on a device the try to use the microphone

    Can I 2 questions?
    1. When I connect through a cable (USB or 3.5mm), do I have better sound quality?
    2. Is there any version upgrade in the recent years? I got one back in 2019, is there any difference since then?

      My adapter is USBC instead of usba so I think there is an updated version

    Do you really need a USB adapter for the laptop?

      Hi, sorry we missed your message. About the included dongle, it depends, the dongle is meant to be used with computers that do not have built-in Bluetooth or if call control features are needed as most apps do require the BT700 dongle. But you can pair it directly to your computer and regular audio should work as well.
