    Facts bro, I been doing super good lately dropping from 230 to 210 post D1 athlete so I decided to have a little caesers pizza and felt so shitty afterwards, but a 20 piece nugget and fries from mcdonald's i feel great.

    Facts dude id binge on garbage after eating clean, and it would set me back weeks. Had me feeling weak. Groggy. Tired.
