May I please ask a question? Sorry it’s not related to the video. I’m 17 year old girl, trying to increase my height. For that I like doing hanging from bar exercise. 30 seconds I hold it. I do it frequently- 50-60 times a day. Doing this daily, will I get stretch marks on arms ?
First of all you won’t increase your height

@@s99s99s You can only get stretch marks from growing horizontally, not vertically, hun.
Edit: Btw, stretch marks usually come from fast growth and/or losing and gaining weight repeatedly.
It is impossible to increase your height, once you stop growing that's about how tall you will be. We all deal with insecurities and wish we could change things about ourselves, but it is best to start loving yourself for who and what you are. You are perfect and beautiful in your own unique way!! ❤
