  • Check out my go-to green smoothie recipe. A healthy, easy, vegan drink you can have for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
    RECIPE:
    1 cucumber
    2 frozen ripe bananas
    1/2 a mango
    2 dates
    Handful baby spinach leaves
    3 romaine lettuce leaves

    Green juices taste so good even when you don't put fruit in it" I feel so bad when people are turned off by green juice it's because there so sick inside that it taste horrible to them' that's sad...😇❄💚

    My go-to green smoothie is identical apart from the cucumber, so I will experiment with it now that I’ve seen it work for you 🌿 I’ve also been sometimes adding a tiny bit of fresh turmeric some days, but you really have to be in the mood for it xx

      Mimi Dey great minds think alike 😉🙃 yeah I don't ever put too much cucumber in - always just 1 small one. Turmeric is such a nutrient rich ingredient to add 😍 I'll try it when I'm in the mood some time x

      Olivia Budgen I also add some cracked black pepper to activate the turmeric (to my understanding) 🌞

    are peanuts healthy to eat daily. The smoothie is great .

      marcos g salgado I'm not too sure what I think of peanuts 🤔 they don't work for my body, but I know some people feel fine eating them 🙂 definitely make sure they are organic, and don't go overboard eating them.

    How much do you weigh and how tall are you? Also, how many days was your longest water fast?

      Alynna Bee 11 days was my longest 🙂 I am 4 foot 11 and I don't weigh myself.

    case and point about you eating the wrong food the wrong ways. Blending essentially oxidizes and cooks the food. Not to mention all the fruit is not good on a healing diet

    Isnt vegan the natural way to eat? So why do all these vegans need a blender to help them chew there food for them? I mean if this is the way were supposed to eat then why dont you chew all those bannanas and fruit all by yourself?

      it’s the same thing as eating meat. why do you cook meat? to digest/eat it easier. it’s a preference

      so lmao you cook meat so you dont eat it raw and catch any diseases. Dont compare meat with anything else it's way different 😂🤦‍♀️
