Just made this an it turned out soooooo goood! I used 300 g of mixed nuts, peanuts, hemp seeds, flax seeds and sunflowers seeds. I didnt have the raspberries so i threw in sugar free chocolate chips. It seems to be holding together but i dont actuality care if it falls apart cause then i can use it for yogurt topping. Delish!! ❤

If your in the states . Monk Fruit makes a Maple syrup you can find at any Sprouts. Sprouts also carries Walden Farms pancake Syrup a real winner . Walden Farms pancake syrup has No weird after taste.

Thank you . Looks delicious . I immediately jumped up to see if I had everything..I thought I had..just a couple of swap outs...but I only have meridian peanut butter..which is pure peanuts . I did a two day fast as suspected I might have an allergy to some foods and gluten .so I’ve been very careful what I eat since last week ...I’ve been eating nuts and all was good. I had suspected the peanut butter was a problem but I didn’t know...so I’ve had no belly bloat and I thought I’d try it and bamm my belly grew within minutes..bit upset but glad I know for sure . I’ve brought and tasted the almond butter before..didn’t like it neat . But it will probably be ok when mixed together with everything..I’m looking forward to trying these .thank you so much for sharing your gift .💛🤍.

I made this today. The aroma is wonderful. Mine are crumbly and won’t cut into a bar like yours. The taste is good. Any idea as to why they are soft? Maybe I should have baked longer?
I absolutely adore your channel! But I'm a bit worried, you should soak all your nuts and seeds in salty water and then dehydrate them, you will be amazed at the taste and never go back, also you'd reduce the phytic acid by a crazy amount so you don't risk going iron deficient.
Hi, the binding power might vary depends on the nut butter you use (brand, thickness etc) You can try replacing coconut oil with the same amount of melted cacao butter to the mix. It will hep it to set firmer.
It seems that the syrup is necessary to bind the nuts together. This skinny syrup is very expensive is there something else I can do to bind the nuts together..The only thing I eliminated was the syrup and the bars fell apart. Thank you, your recipes are awesome.

Do I need to cut the nuts much smaller? (I only did a rather rough chop like you did in the vid) Or do I need to increase the amount of nut butter/chia to make more of a matrix? God when meat eaters turn vegetarian/vegan They think fruit, vegetables, pulp as flesh, proteins from lentils as fake meat, vegetable fat as fake cheese. 🤦🏻♂️ There is no concept of flesh in vegetarian food. As a lifelong vegetarian I can vouch for it. We have good names for vegetarian stuff, no fake names. I often hate vegan restaurants because of They trying to use fake names and mimic meat. Feels like they are so desperate. Some times inner part of some particular fruits are called pulp, otherwise they just go with the name of the fruit. Same with vegetables. Use adjectives like tender, raw, ripe, fresh, dried etc… Tender coconut, fresh grated coconut, toasted dry coconut flakes.
