I hope that the judge (the human, not the dog) never has a case that deals with a service dog. It's common knowledge that if a service dog is barking, it means something is wrong.
That's why this sort of thing should be illegal. A child isn't just there to be spare parts for someone else. That is a living, breathing person. One with their own hopes and dreams. They have the right to live a full life without being put through pain just because their parents are selfish and only concerned with another child instead of everyone involved.
This judge, while good in some areas, is insane in others. Why wouldn't she allow a lawyer to explain he has a medically trained dog to alert him to seizures. "Erm i want to leave early so shut up" insane.
Think about this. She was made in a petri dish. To be a genic match to her sister. So in some ways she is a clone. So would clones have rights as well?
So she created one child to harvest from to save another and this wasn’t at all unethical right? She doesn’t care about one daughter because all she was born to do was save another she couldn’t let go of and torturing the sister by keeping her alive longer than she could handle. All so the mother didn’t have to feel the pain of losing a child to cancer.
