I tell ya, so many amazing guitarists will study their whole life and still never learn feel like this.
Watching this reminds me how mediocre I am at guitar. It’s not that hard to play a song like this, but it takes real talent to make it sound the way he makes it sound. So much feel and touch in his playing.

Wow. When I was in music school my vocal teacher said that the simpler the song the more you need to feel every note and rhythm. Therein is the complexity. This has more feel than 90% of the widely widdley stuff on RUclips. Spectacular

There's two types of Musician and Listener, the ones that enjoy a technical performance like Yngwie Malmsteen and those who enjoy the emotions that can be provoked by simple melodies like John Frusciante or the Sex Pistols! I prefer to Play and Listen by emotion!

Being a large guy myself, I have thick fingers and find this even more amazing because fret boards are not exactly one size fits all.

I was not prepared for how captivating this performance is. The tone and feel you play with is done with such mastery. The sound of the guitar is captivating. There is never a bad note or sloppy accent. I watch a lot of covers on youtube and this one just grabbed me. Absolutely marvelous!

Your style on this piece reminds me of Tuck Andress, but honestly, I don’t think I have ever heard such emotion poured out from a guitar. That is something that can’t really be learned. Wow! Like others have said, this is an "easy" song to play, but playing with this feel takes a lot of skill. It's not about how many notes you play but about the way that you play those notes and how they touch the listener. 🤘🔥
