This Flow is great for the AM but can be practiced any time of day. Let me know if you’d like to see more videos shot outdoors like this, and if you prefer the voiceover or live audio classes better. Appreciate your feedback. Thanks 🙏
I enjoy both live audio and voiceover. I'm a newly trained yoga teacher and your voice inspires my "teaching voice." Sooooo many "cues from Tim" floating around in my head.
Without knowing the exact reason, I am more motivated to follow the videos which are taken outdoors in a beautiful environment like this. Nevertheless I shall never miss to watch any of your releases, as you practice my kind of Yoga. In this context, tks again for everything.
Hey Tim, this is such a good class and would love more morning ones from you! It would also be great if you could make a morning playlist so they're easy to find. Personally I prefer the live audio classes. Outdoors and indoors are both great. Thanks for all your great videos
beautiful place! And i like the just under half an hour vids.. but have seen more than once in voiceover versions that, because you're not talking live, the movement gets faster and the voiceover wants to pack in much more information than actually fits. This one was way too fast for me in the middle, skipped some chaturangas and paused you in downdog a couple of times. compliments anyway, enjoying the quarantine series, thanks!!
Namaste Tim! I am from India and have been practising Yog from 2014. It started off as Yog Therapy for my back pain due to poor posture. As soon as I began, I fell in love with how connected I felt to my body, how I could use my breath as a tether to go deeper within. It became more than a physical workout and more a lifestyle. There were phases where due to travelling and work I fell out of daily practice for months and I missed it so much, realised what a huge impact it has I went back to it. Last year I realised I wanted to deepen my practice so I did a TTC and as great as it was it just made me realise how little I knew about the foundation of each pose. I have revisited your foundation series several times as well as the 30 day challenge and videos like this one among others. I keep revisiting them because I felt like it was the first time someone was teaching me each pose broken down so effectively... what it’s supposed to feel like, how to breathe through it, how to align my body, what not to do, such detail and attention. I feel like I’ve learnt more from your teaching style than I have anywhere else. Your calm, non- pretentious demeanour, your endearing sense of humour and the lovely fellow yogis (not to mention your adorable dog) you bring on the show keep bringing me back to your channel. Though I must admit I love watching you do it the best. Absolutely love what you’re doing and looking forward to a class in person or a retreat perhaps! Am moving to Bali in a month or so to further deepen my practice and to keep learning. Would love to organise a retreat there with you! Thank you for all your time and effort for doing this. You are appreciated and supported by people all across the globe whom you haven’t even met yet! Xx I find that truly inspirational ♥️
The pace was good...got me going...but I also slowed down or modified when needed. The outdoor setting with the waves in the background was perfect. I will do this practice again because it is the perfect amount of time for me to squeeze into my day. My dog joins me for yoga and he liked the practice too. THANK YOU!
Love the location, the faster pace, and that it was 20 minutes! It's the kind of practice I need to start my morning before my kids wake up! Thanks Tim!
The location and voiceover is what got me liking your routines way back. Not a fan of the indoor or the coaching with someone else doing it. Please make more like this. :)
I support Michelle’s comment and love the outdoor locations especially during COVID and poor smokey air days. But I also appreciate your coaching sessions. Thank you.
The first time I did this routine I was not a fan. "A rare miss from Tim," I thought. It went too fast in the beginning to really get into the postures first thing in the morning. BUT I just finished it during my lunch break and it works so much better this way. Thanks, Tim!
That final head stand sets the bar pretty high. But I am determined to keep at it -- to challenge my preconceptions about what is possible. Grazie, Maestro Tim.
@@yogawithtim Wow. I consider you a bonafide celebrity, Tim. Through your work you make physical health and serenity accessible to many people. Thanks for your advice.
omg I was going along nice and stuff and then he goes into forearm downward dog and I was like Okay this isnt too bad and then he goes into the head stand and I was blown away. Yoga with Time is RAD. Perfect for me right now, the smoke here in northern CA is bad. Its made me sluggish and so I havent done a good yoga workout for a few days, thanks Tim!
It would be nice to have the list of postures you did in the description box because I'd like to read more about the positions. It'd be easier for me to memorize them when I have a list. Hahaha.
Invigorating! Often I find my mind wandering but the speed was good to keep my attention on the yoga. Definitely did the job of binding mind and body! At first I found it rushy but that's just cos I was in a slow mode. Really appreciated the pauses in downdog for breath resynchronisation. Feeling good and ready for the rest of the day! Thank you Tim, नमस्ते 🙏️
Based on my quick read of the previous comments... Looks like you have your fans divided. I'm one of those who prefer live instructions vs voice over. I feel that specific queues are better when live since your feeling them at the same time we do. Still, this routine helped me get back after 3 days of skipping yoga. I feel much better! Maybe you need to create a poll! 😁
Tim is basically the only person I have found online that I can do yoga with. I just cant get into any other yogis for some reason. Another great one. thanks!
AMAZING CLASS !!! THANKS TO YOUR TEACHINGS AND GREAT ROUTINES A 40 YEARS OLD MAN NOW HAS ABS TO SHOW, PLUS FLEXIBILITY THAT I CANT BELIEVE MYSELF. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME CHANGE MY LIFE AND LOOK BETTER THAT EVER.
This is my all-time favourite class - all the moves that I need and love. I look forward to a 40-minute version of this ;-) with some more balance, backbends and hip openers - LOL Thank you! x
Enjoyed the movements but felt too rushed as my body was not getting the time to settle into the poses , I enjoyed the challenge though but felt I’d missed out on the opportunity to really stretch my body which is what I usually feel in your classes and look forward to each morning Perhaps I’m getting old ! Thank you anyway Tim, it’s always a pleasure ❤️
I love this sequence. My little former gymnast heart loves to try the back bend and headstand that I used to do 40+ years ago. Thank you for this! It’s hard but so so good 😀 The fast pace keeps me focused.
Loved this class too Tim! Now I’m in eastern Washington for work and lots of drive time so this was perfect to loosen and stretch from the sitting from driving and the plane ride. These classes are incredible and I appreciate you and your teaching so very much. Thank you.
It was fast but great to get in a quick work out and stretch before work. I ideally like to do longer yoga workouts but having 20 minute ones to fit in is GREAT for option and flexibility and this gets your blood pumping and give you that yoga glow Thanks Tim!
I do enjoy these short ones when I am in a time crunch but also lengthy full ones in the community when I feel like it. Thank you for giving more variety to choose from.
Tim, I need this class, but because of arthritic issues, I couldn’t keep up with you😢 Could you do these at a slower pace for seniors like me 😋 it would be amazing as determination in me to continue to keep further aches and pains at bay for ever if possible. 🙏 🏴
Amazing workout!! Fast pace but it felt good. Not sure what was going on… but for a minute I couldn’t stop smiling… laughing seeing you laughing at something! Namaste 🙏🏼 🧘🏻♀️
Loved this and so great to do yoga on a cliff in the morning! "On location" (in nature) is fantastic - especially as you live in such a beautiful area. Thank you! Namaste.
Thank you so much since April last year I have done one of your workouts daily yoga has helped me so much you have been inspirational I have learnt so much .🙂
You're so welcome, Rachel! 😊 I am so happy to hear that! I am glad you are learning a lot from my videos. Thanks for the kind words. Have a beautiful day and keep up the good work!
Loved the advanced moves, faster pace, getting my yoga session in before I go to the office - love these shorter but advanced sessions. Great scenery too - thanks Tim!
I like either talk over or speaking as you're teaching, it all depends on your location. I'm just grateful for what I learn from yourself and the other wonderful teachers on here. Though I think what I've learned from you will help me a lot duri g the anatomy section of my YTT because you are the most descriptive yogi, I think anyway. Thanks for being an inspiration and I can always find a practice that suits me best that day. Could you please do a yoga nidra or guided meditation? A good 20-30 mins long, I'm listening to this at 1am and your voice is so relaxing! 😴😴xx
Just wow.. when i started the video I said, man, 20min will this be enough? But it is a perfectly balanced flow! I have been learning yoga through your videos. But this is truly challenging, I’m just super glad that I am able to keep up with the poses. Means I have definitely improved! Thanks Tim!
Hi Tim, I love the location videos but prefer your voice when filmed as I really love to hear the song of nature as a background. I don't watch your videos when practicing, your voice guides me and there is nothing more than calming than the soothing sound of the waves which gives a wholeness to the practice. Thank you, as always.
I love the live videos, the cues are more natural and I like that you often stop a movement to explain whats going on or why. Equally when Stacey is on the banter is always great. I feel the cues on the voice over ones are a bit too fast and I miss your jokes :) But I don't dislike them, it must be hard to remember what you did to cue at the exact moment you are doing it! So for that reason they are really impressive :) Indoor or outdoor are both great, variety is the spice of life! A lot of the time i'm not watching the screen, I have started a habit of flowing with my eyes closed haha Long and short of it Any or all videos are very much appreciated.
Been a yoga Tim fan for 2 1/2 years🙏 Love the setting but prefer the on sight audio. Love the nature sounds and enjoy your impromptu coaching and comments. Plus I feel the transitions are smoother or more natural.
Hi Tim, I agree with previous comment from Joseph, it could have been just a 3 seconds slower in the movement... but still loves your classes...cheers :)
Hi Tim, I’ve been learning a lot from you since your January 30day challenge. This was the fastest pacing of the videos you’ve done. I have an advanced practice and can follow but prefer practicing your sequencing just a bit slower. I like to study your alignment cues and use pranayama during the Asana practice. Both choosing a location or indoor is fine good to have change. Also sound improves doing practice through hearing then focus can be used through eyes in my view.

Thanks for yet another great video. I prefer speaking during, rather than voice over. Probably has something to do with the pace, a little fast for me. I'll get there sometime. Love views, but can also be a distraction, once again for where I'm at in my progression. Keep it coming.
You are so easy to listen to. Thanks to you Tim yoga is now part of my very early morning practice. I cant say I am a whole lot more flexible but this has definately helped and I guess longer sessions would benefit more for increased flexibility. Thank you
You asked if we prefer the voice over and we do not. The live sound of the surf is great in other beach segments that you’ve posted. Can you go back to the Japanese garden? Thanks for all your segments.

Such a well rounded practice but short enough that it's easy to fit into my morning routine. I'm repeating it once each month to note my progress.
Awesome. Thanks
I tried a different instructor today. Felt unbalanced after. Needed to do one of yours just to feel balanced again. Thank you. Namaste.
Aw, thanks Mary. I'm glad I'm providing content that's helping you feel balanced. I think that means i'm doing alright with this yoga thing haha
Thank you.
So good for wake up.
You are welcome, Oksana! 😊 Yes, definitely a great morning stretch.
Nice! Thank you, Oksana.

I agree, I too felt rushed, this old body needs time in the morning, sorry, won’t be doing this one again however, loved the setting!💕
Thanks for your feedback, Anji! 😊

Michelle Goodman ok thank you for the feedback
haha and i feel the otherway around. XD
I support Michelle’s comment and love the outdoor locations especially during COVID and poor smokey air days. But I also appreciate your coaching sessions. Thank you.
feels a bit rushed, but still great as always! thanks tim!
just edit the playback speed to 0.75 :)
probably wanted to get in the water as quick as he could! :D
I agree about the speed. Plus would like fewer chatturangas and more standing leg poses. Otherwise good as always.
The first time I did this routine I was not a fan. "A rare miss from Tim," I thought. It went too fast in the beginning to really get into the postures first thing in the morning. BUT I just finished it during my lunch break and it works so much better this way. Thanks, Tim!
I do like the voice over because it’s easier to hear without the sounds of wind through the mike when you’re outside.
Phew! Good morning indeed, sir. Headstand at 5:30AM? Sure, why not. Thanks, Tim!
Please do more of these...I prefer “filmed on location” vids cause it makes me feel like I am present within nature
Ankit Israni ok cool thanks for the feedback 👍
That final head stand sets the bar pretty high. But I am determined to keep at it -- to challenge my preconceptions about what is possible. Grazie, Maestro Tim.
Noe Berengena right on, you can start at the wall to gain confidence. Make sure your not sinking into your neck but lifting the shoulder blades

Great backdrop though!
Thanks Tom!
I love this video - i do it every day - thank you x

You're welcome Timothy
For those saying its rushed, or if you'd like to linger in poses a bit longer, EDIT THE PLAYBACK SPEED to 0.75. You are welcome!
Great idea C!
Great video...I'm still struggling a bit on the core exercises but its a great challenge. Thanks
Another great fast paced practice ...
So, this is now my top favorite morning Yoga session. Short, but it packs a punch!! Perfect for yoga before work!
Thank you for sharing your good work. Namaste
Thank you Tim. I really liked the speed. Great location. I liked the warrior 2 vinyasa variation and I really liked the chair prayer twists!
Awesome, thank you Dane!
good one Tim. Beautiful scenery.
Loved it. Thanks Tim! :)

Good to hear. Thanks Camila.
Excellent wake up ! Thanks Tim !

Perfect 20 minutes!
great short energising flow!

more morning yoga videos under 30 min! keeps me aware of my body throughout the workday!
this video is my best 🌱
Cool. Good to hear it Cemre.
Like this pace and simple explanations.
Thank you, Tyler.
Holy guacamole, this was sooo great! I thought that I liked your real time narration better then voice-over, but this was such a flow! Mo' please! ♥️
Ha! Thanks Shane 😉
I am back to the oldies! Por eso no puedo click the like button again! 😊 gracias
This was great. I just found this video and I only had about 20 minutes to do yoga today. Just what I needed.
