Thanks for this bite-sized yoga update. Twenty minutes is perfect for a busy work day - just enough to make a really difference, but not so long it cuts into the day. Would you consider doing a mini-series of five 20 minute yoga videos - one for every weekday? I'd really love it if you would!

@@yogawithtim I'm with Tom. Some mornings I spend so long deciding which video to follow I end up with practically no time. Tried choosing it the night before but useless. A different 20 min slot for morings would be fab.

I have done this morning class probably 6 times already. It’s just a perfect workout to wake up in the morning when I don’t have time to do anything longer, but I feel energized and good about decimating some time to my wellness

Absolutely perfect. Super long ZOOM day ahead and just enough time to set my intention with perfect routine. More of these! And as we get closer to Christmas, maybe a yule log or two on the fire. How cool would it be if Tim tended the fire during shvasana.
