Every shower head in my house is a hand held shower head. You just take it down and spray the whole area down after scrubbing it down. I installed one when my children were little. But after I discovered how nice they rinse the area clean, I never went back. No more splashing a thousand cups full of water like you were doing. When I remodeled my bathrooms and requested them, the plumber told his wife. She changed all of hers. They make really nice ones now that can feel like a spa message. Love your videos.❤
Yes! I’ve replaced the shower heads in each of the bathrooms in my homes (moved a LOT ) - makes cleaning the tub & showers So.Much.Easier and you’re more inclined to clean them regularly when you have a “sprayer” to make it quick and easy ❤
🤣I use a spaghetti spoon to reach my laundry in the washer and drier. I call them my fingers. I have a pair hanging in my laundry area. I also use it them to reach things in the back of my cabinet. Also, I keep a fancy plate by the sink. I keep a scouring pad and a dish scraper on them. I use them to cute down on dish chores!!! Must your dusting sock so the dust clings to the sock and doesn’t get thrown into the air. Thank you for all the amazing ideas!!!
Love everything you shared here! I do most of the things you recommended - I fold and put away laundry as soon as the dryer is finished; I do dishes/load the dishwasher immediately after meals/snacks - no sitting down for a “minute” or it won’t get done til the morning (and then I’m less happy to do it at the beginning of the day!), and I make the bed (and so does every family member since the kids were preschoolers) every morning before anyone sits down for breakfast. These things make a HUGE difference ❤
Candice, you don't need to scrub dishes hard when you fill the sink with dish soap and pretty warm (almost hot) water. Put whatever item in the sink, let it soak a moment, say, wash the counter off and come back to it and it should come off pretty fast. Thanks for the tip regarding the toilet. I'm going to try that. The shower is my worst thing to clean hands down.
One of my family members and I have reacted to household cleaners, including some organic or “natural” ones. I do almost all of my cleaning with vinegar and baking soda. I love your tub cleaning tip and will try it.
This just happened to me earlier this week with a "98% natural" cleaning spray that I was giving another chance because I'm challenging myself to use up products before purchasing new ones. It wasn't worth the lung irritation and allergic reaction that had me feeling awful, even into the following day!
Great tips. I especially agree about the laundry one. I put my washing away as soon as my tumble dryer has finished. I hate loads of washing around the house all day waiting to be put away. A lot of people in the UK won’t use a tumble dryer & dry their washing outside on the line etc or indoors on radiators & drying racks etc on a rainy day. Not me. I use my tumble dryer all through the year, including the summer & also never iron anything. If possible, please could you do a video on cleaning routines on a daily, weekly & monthly basis? It would be so helpful. By the way, your dog is so cute. x
My sister lives in Ireland and doesn't have a dryer. She just air dries everything...sometimes it takes things a whole week to dry!! Thank you, our little dog is such a sweetie!
I don't know why so many organization experts recommend doing laundry daily. When I tried this my water bill went through the roof, I will never go back to everyday, it is a complete waste of money. Twice a week is plenty for my husband and I.
Ohhh yes, if there are just 2 of you, definitely cut laundry day down to just a couple days a week! With a family of 5 if I don' t do it every day, it really piles up!
Oh Candice I love the idea of the broom to clean the tub. I've had 4 back surgeries and bad knees and I just dread that chore and cleaning the toilet. I will be cleaning my shower today. In the bottle is it full strength dish soap or is it deluded?
The tub hands down is my least fave chore. Also Bcuz some days I truly struggle physically with all the bending over and reaching (I have an extra deep tub with jets that I truly love using, but cleaning it...not so much. Lol). Love all the baking soda tips.
I spray my tub or shower down immediately after every time I bathe. Wipe it with my towel after I dress then wipe down all surfaces before I toss the towel in the washer. Another tip. Do not use the sink to hold dirty dishes... All dirty dishes go straight in the dishwasher. Clean dishwasher must be emptied right away. ✨Clean tile floors tip, I have all tile home - no carpet. I mop my tile floors with Windex, it leaves no residue or streaks and makes the house smell fresh and clean. I do not store appliances on my counters - my counters are not a catch all, so junk to tossed on counters can and possibly will be disposed of.
Wonderful video! Any chance you could make a free printable covering your daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning routine? It would be super helpful!
They make gripper reachers just for that problem, I bought 3 of them and have them in every room. So how do you actually scrub your tub because mold and hard water not to mention soap and body oil is not coming off with a broom? I suppose you could use the floor scrubber?? Dont forget to clean the tank out too once or twice a year, more if you like or you get mold. I hate mold the pink mold, my bathroom gets no ventillation, Im gonna try the baking soda❤
I use a good stone remover product. Spray it on for a few minutes. Then scrub a little with combo scotch sponge. It is work but if you keep it up every time you see a hint of mold or stone you don't need to do it more than once a month.
Hi there sweetie pie hope you are well just take one day at time great ideas with your decluttering and cleaning up love from Eugenie your friend xxx 💓🌹
The TUB is NOT the Shower. We need to know to clean the Doors Floor and Shower Stall. Not the tub. The other hints were EXCELLENT especially the hint to clean the blinds. Thanks 😅
I would love to know any hacks for well water that leaves iron stains. Im basically cleaning the shower with the same water that stains it 😢 barkeepers friend is helpful, but the tub doesnt get perfectly clean.
🤣 I've been cleaning my bathtub like this for quite a while! I use dishsoap and baking soda and of course the broom that is used exclusively on the tub. Works wonders!
Thank you for sharing. Well that was inspiring with loads of ideas🤔💡 . I will now go and do the thing I hate 🫣 now …trying to clean between the fridge and my built in oven…totally a dirt trap that’s hard to clean and I ignore it more than I should 😏 . I love the broom idea…definitely buying a extra broom now.thanks. 🇬🇧👍🏻💛🤍

Just curious, do most houses now have shower heads that are fixed?
My shower is over the bath, so it’s easy to take it down & clean it.
And I forgot to mention- it makes bathing the dog so much easier!

The broom hack is ideal. I might go buy the dollar tree one with different handles 😊

freaks me out to let dishes sit in dirty water
Are you seriously giving her advise how to hand wash her dishes the correct way?
@@Hotnik0813 I remove all the food debris and rinse the dishes once. Then I put them to soak in a tub full of hot soapy water.

@@FancyThatwithCandice Having washing around the house for a week would drive me crazy.
Oh you are SO right about the laundry! I am excited to try your trick for the shower too! Love the tips for the toilet thank you!

I LOVE the broom idea for the tub! Oh my gosh
The broom in the shower trick made me LoL but it’s brilliant!
Seriously!!! It's SO FUNNY but it WORKS!
Veľmi dobre vyzeraju

Love these
Great tips, thanks!
Thank you for this delightful video! I love watching all your videos; they are so helpful and motivating!❤
Glad you like them!
Oxi clean works great for the toilet. Smells good too
Yes, I use Oxi Clean as well.
Your daffodils are lovely.
Thank you!! My mom gave them to me. Made me smile everytime I walked by them!

I was not aware people could not reach laundry out of the washer😂
You must not be super short like me!!! Lol LUCKY!
Your look and personality are adorable 🥰
Very nice
Thank you!!! Glad you enjoyed watching!
I use wet and forget weekly shower spray. My shower is gleaming, i can't believe how nice it looks
Hi there sweetie pie hope you are well just take one day at time great ideas with your decluttering and cleaning up love from Eugenie your friend xxx 💓🌹
I use baking soda to clean sink and vinegar to clean the dishwasher ( Melissa Maker) I clean as I cook. Cats do not get throw pillows dirty
Hair, dander, anything they track on their feet including the residue of contents of the litter box.
You are so sweet! And when did you get your dog? So cute!
Awww thank you!!! We got her about 8 months ago! Her name is Suki...she i such a sweetie!

I hate dusting. I multitask the vacuuming & dusting buy vacuuming the dust up off surfaces with a soft brush attachment.
Great idea!!! YES make the jobs you don't like EASY!
Ajax /Comet I keep broom in bathroom automatically

i use my spin mop on my bath tub and shower
I would love to eliminate using the Clorox Toilet wands. Any suggestions to deep clean your toilet?

Does the vinegar help with the pee smell by the toilet? My husband and grandsons can for some reason get pee on the toilet 😂
Oh yes, it can help.
Keep those Tongs in laundry room
Vinegar is not good for the rubber seals of your dishwasher.
thanks for the tip!

No blinds in the washer... All the other tips are great.... 🧹🧺🧡
I added text over that part that said, “curtains”. I laughed when I edited that part!!! I agree, never put your blinds in the washer!
@@FancyThatwithCandice OMGosh....LOL... 😍 Ok, THANK YOU!!!!! 🤣
I wish we could throw blinds in the washer!! Lol😅
