Everyone always dogs on the brotherhood for killing mutants but 99% of the time mutants are literally seen eating mfers. Like thats just all they do. Its like saying aragorn is racist for slaying orcs lol
Yes but they also dont care to distinguish whether they need to be killed or not. Some mutants have been shown to have sentience in every single game even deathclaws. Some of our favorite characters too. Fawkes, dead. Dog/god, dead. Erkikson, dead. Virgil, dead. Basically 90% of goodneighbor would be slaughtered and the rest would be forced into the bos ranks or most likely killed for fighting back. If they find out about acadia they send a whole platoon way out of their way just to wipe them out just for trying to live peacefully on their own. They suck lmao. The wounding legendary effect is extremely strength on automatic weapons and shotguns because, as mentioned, the bleed effect stacks. On shotguns, each pellet does 25 bleed. That’s a lot of damage!!!
@VerdeMorte poison might do in a pinch but wounding is better overall because the bleed damage is higher than the poison damage and nothing in the game resists bleed
Very good video, honestly very refreshing to see someone just have fun and gush about something and it doesn't devolve into a boring numbers crunch. "This weapon shoots fire bullets, that is cool" - Now that's some argumentation that I can get behind :D
One thing to note about Bleed is that it CANNOT be resisted by any enemies, and it stacks infinitely with itself. So it does, in fact, do a LOT to tougher enemies despite what you might think. This will stack up HEAVILY on both Pickman's Blade and especially Throatslicer.
Thats cuz this dude is an idiot. Bleed damage is literally the best legendary effect in the game on fast melee weapons and I'm pretty sure it out ranks explosive on shotguns and automatic rifles... plus alot safer
It's stupid powerful. I found a laser rifle with bleed, slapped scatter barrel on it, and each beam of the several that fire does bleed damage. Everything is trivial now
I think Pickamn's Blade, Throatslicer, and Krems Tooth are fantastic on vats builds. Just swinging, its hard to keep up the pressure on enemies, but with vats, you can stack up those bleed and poison attacks. When vats ends, their healthbar just melts because every proc of bleed and poison is in effect at the same time.
Fun fact about the striker, it was made for a soldier who got injured I combat. Before he went to war he was a great bowler but after his injury he couldnt play anymore so the town somehow got hold of a nuke launcher and turned it into a bowling ball spitting war crime. Lol
I found you quite funny and good music choices, btw. They made this more fun to listen to. And now I'll be doing my best to grab the fun weapons you show here. Thank you!
You can still get Dogmeat to grab the Cryolator. The Handmade Rifle uses 7.62 not 5.56. The December's Child uses 5.56 this is one of it benefits too. Some forms of damage have no resistances. This includes bleed, fire, cold, and poison. However bleed is the only one that stacks with itself. This is what makes Pickman's Blade so good. Pickman's Blade comes with the stealth blade mod for the combat knife. This adds +0.5 sneak damage multiplier and 10 points of unresisted bleed damage per hit and the 25 bleed damage from wounding legendary effect. In a stealth melee build this is really powerfull.
Fire i'm pretty sure is effected by energy resistance but there is in fact poison resistance. You can only get it on armor via a legendary effect which is ass and I'm mostly postive some enemies have it. Such as Mirlurks (or however you spell it) and legendary enemies that spawn with and have equipped said legendary armor.
@BT0WN 50% Limb Damage is not Damage per se. Limbs have an HP separate from the enemy. Upon reaching 0 HP the limb is crippled. You can see your own limb hp in the Pip Boy for example when your legs are crippled or your sight is blurred because they reduced your head HP to 0. The weapons with +50% Limb Damage are just better at crippling enemies. However, the Kneecapper effect is superior.
I've got to say, I don't usually comment on RUclips videos, but the soothing piano/jazz music behind your commentary is just peak content for me. First Fo4 video in a very long time I've been heavily invested into and actually paid attention to. Very well done.
This is such a great video, it feels less like a typical boring tier list and more like a friend that's telling me about the cool legendaries he found in fallout 4 that he wants to show me later when we play at his house. Your personality shining through via the jokes, the casual side comments while talking about the weapons, your "affection" to various factions ( 25:45 Desdemona can indeed catch it), and the other various hijinks that happen are hilarious. I clutched my stomach laughing when your solution to kill a liberty prime is ANOTHER liberty prime LOL. Great video, subbed.
I know it's about as deadly as a wet fart in a crowded subway, but the Striker was always my favorite legendary just because it's a hilarious concept that would probably be better in real life assuming you could find someone that can easily carry the weight of a bowling ball on their shoulder.
You should’ve put kiloton radium rifle higher, as you can modify it to be automatic just like spray and pray. Making it more power too than it too, since it’s a dlc weapon it’s base damage is higher and the radiation is a nice touch too against humans. All three damage types (ballistic, radiation, and explosive) can all be buffed by their respective perks, automatic gunner, nuclear physics, and ballistic expert respectively. If that’s not enough for you there’s also the explosives bobblehead increasing aoe
Sometimes a Hail Mary is just really fucking powerful. Just having a 1/5 chance to immobilize a scary enemy is enough for me to keep Big Jim on a hot-key
Get the kneecapping shredder man it destroys deathclaws while also making them useless the second you walk upto them. Big Jim is great early game but the speed is too slow for guaranteed kneecapping
With the railroad almost every time I play the game I run with them just long enough to unlock the armor mods and then it’s game over for them. Rip and tear until it is done.
the dog meat cryolator glitch hasn't been patched at this time you can get the weapon within the first 15 minutes of leaving vault 111 it's a 10/10 early game weapon
Been watching a few Fallout 4 vids as I started a new stealth blitz melee playthrough. YT took note, flooded my feed, and I have been pleasantly surprised at how many very recent FO4 videos are still being uploaded.
What I hate about Fallout 4's Legendary Effects is that they basically do what different types of ammunition should do. There are few unique weapons and effects that do deserve the title of unique weapon, but any legendary effect that modifies bullets should instead be different types of ammunition.
the wounding effect is great on automatic hitting weapons, since the bleed damage will rapidly stack up per tick, essentially explosive but without the risk of self death at close range
sergeant ash is so criminally underrated it's unreal. You do not use it for damage, you use it to completely disable pretty much any and all enemies in the game aside of a selected few. Deathclaws, bethemots? Who cares. Hold the trigger for 0.00001 seconds and done, both of their legs are crippled and are stuck there unable to do anything anymore.
Unfortunately I’ve got 5 explosive SMGs and spray and pray. It’s useless after getting 2 (you and companion) as settlers just destroy everything including themselves and your buildings/crops
You can actually get Final Judgement early if you decide to side with the Minutemen. I got a set of power armor, got a Fatman, and took maxson out. Then you jump from the Prydwen, and run into the water until you're far enough away to fast travel

Fun fact, most enemies in Fallout 4 are immune or resistant to radiation and poison damage, but none are immune nor resistant to bleed damage. Making bleed much more useful than the other two, especially on something with high fire rate like a ripper or a submachine gun, cause the effect stacks.
The Le Fisil Terribles does both 25% more damage AND 25% limb damage. It's the reason I use it in my build because it one shots weaker enemies with some mods.
I'd put the assaultron head above the acid soaker, because you can at least USE the assaultron head to kill a raider. The acid soaker uses adhesive for crafting ammo, by far the most valuable crafting component. Even if you farm vegetable starch, youre only going to get a dozen shots or sob each time

The thing about Righteous Authority is that it is an S tier weapon if you use it with an AGI+LCK gunslinger build. Many people tend to forget that you can just remove the stock and turn it into a pistol, which will make it insane for a pistol based crit build.
I usually listen to videos like this while I work or play some other game but I looked up and saw a grey cappy saying "e" during one of the nuka world guns.
Whats missed is the thing that makes the Wounding legendary effect so good is the damage stacks infinitely. Its what makes Pickmans Blade so good until you find a Wounding of Furious Ripper. However many attacks you can get off in 5 seconds is multiplied 5 and thats how much bleed damage is done.

The lead writer for fallout 4 legit said in a presentation about writing for games that devs shouldn't take the time writing good stories for their games cause their customers are just "going to tear out your pages and make paper airplanes out of your novel" so there you go the story doesn't matter in an RPG apparently
Something important about Pickman's Blade is that the bonus bleed damage stacks with each hit, meaning you can hit someone 3-4 times and drain their health surprisingly fast for a combat knife. It's very effective against melee enemies if you know when to block and swing
the crazy thing is the explosive shotgun and explosive minigun are in a whole new tier above the weapons on this list that already dog walk the entire game. balance is not bethesda's strong suit
I think luck does effect it. I’m pretty sure that it dosent effect how often it happens, but instead luck makes enemies fly further when the legendary effect does work.

Please make more fallout vids, or just vids in general. You’re super funny and you managed to make a pretty long video super interesting the whole way through.
Having your companion equip the world series swatter is the way to go. Enemies getting randomly launched across the room is hilarious, on top of mysterious stranger and blood explosions even better lol
7:16 || The main appeal of Pickman's Blade and the wounding legendary effect are how they compliment a hit-and-run style of combat. Since the bleed damage is over time: you can just spam it in vats and then book it. I got wounding on a pipe rifle, and after making it automatic, it became a mainstay weapon for my entire playthrough. I would rain hellfire on an enemy and then just crouch before they fell over pretty sadly.
The Alien disintegrator from the zetan arsenal creation club pack would also probably be in the GG category. At base it has 50 ammo capacity, it fires very quickly and does 55 damage per shot without the rifleman perk or anything else, and if you mod it with a weapons workbench, you can make it fire balls of energy that explode for a bit under 300 damage each if you have the rifleman perk. The main downside to this upgrade is that the projectiles might bounce away before exploding and it sets the max ammo capacity to 3. If fully upgraded without anything that changes the weapon's behavior too much, you basically have a blaster rifle that has a fast fire rate, about 100 damage per shot, and a high ammo capacity.
I’m glad you put spray n pray as number one since it is disgustingly powerful. It’s always my first obvious choice on a fresh playthrough. Just wing it to vault 81 and wait until crackhead cricket shows up. I typically pick it up below level 10.

I don't care what you encounter and what level it has, it will die. You can kill groups of things even, if they're close enough together. And if you make it automatic, you will need no other weapon.
@@vidmaurer8443 but the explosion effect is affected by the Demolition Perk, so instead of 15 explosion damage, you're doing 30.
Nearly half of your companions would canonically be killed by siding with bos
Honestly I support the BoS, their cause seems justified to me. Plus you join an army with insane weapons and get your own personal tank to wear everywhere, pretty useful in a wasteland where everything is out to get you.
@@kingofawesomeness5375 yea not like power armor is given to you in the first 30 minutes of the game and then every other set is thrown at you through the rest
@@Sunbro-nd7zdyeah but when you beat the game with the brotherhood you get a jetpack, and that’s pretty cool
Bro I got the jetpack without the bos
The wounding legendary effect is extremely strength on automatic weapons and shotguns because, as mentioned, the bleed effect stacks. On shotguns, each pellet does 25 bleed. That’s a lot of damage!!!
Great point. TONS of damage!
Wounding combat shotgun carried me through launch survival difficulty
Poison does too.
Yeah any shotgun with a bleeding affect will melt any enemy in close range. Every pellet hitting gives a guaranteed 25 damage.
@VerdeMorte poison might do in a pinch but wounding is better overall because the bleed damage is higher than the poison damage and nothing in the game resists bleed
about maxson's weapon... you can get it MUCH earlier by completing the first bos quest, flying to the airship, and cleaning house
Smart
Can you? I'm 90% sure you can't because he only carries it in battle
Very good video, honestly very refreshing to see someone just have fun and gush about something and it doesn't devolve into a boring numbers crunch. "This weapon shoots fire bullets, that is cool" - Now that's some argumentation that I can get behind :D
Thank you!
One thing to note about Bleed is that it CANNOT be resisted by any enemies, and it stacks infinitely with itself. So it does, in fact, do a LOT to tougher enemies despite what you might think.
This will stack up HEAVILY on both Pickman's Blade and especially Throatslicer.
this is why i love the Wounding Pipe Rifle i picked up somewhat early on one playthrough, that stacking goes crazy
wounding shotguns are particularily effective, automativ shotgun and each pellet does its own bleed for insane dps
The thing is, wounding is much better on Automatic than a melee weapon since with a automatic weapon you can stack it more faster
I got a Wounding Minigun and I’m trying to ween myself off of it.
If you get a laser gun with that effect, you can put the beam splitter mod onto it and it'll SHRED mirelurk queens
You're really underselling both bleed and poison on melee weapons when neither are affected by enemy resistances and 100% pierce blocks.
Thats cuz this dude is an idiot. Bleed damage is literally the best legendary effect in the game on fast melee weapons and I'm pretty sure it out ranks explosive on shotguns and automatic rifles... plus alot safer
And bleed stacks. Meaning you can quickly kill even super heavy armor opponents with a spam of attacks.
@@PhabioTheHost yea OP really has no idea how to play this game 🤣🤣 and he's making videos...
It's stupid powerful. I found a laser rifle with bleed, slapped scatter barrel on it, and each beam of the several that fire does bleed damage. Everything is trivial now
Nice choices! Btw I loved the part where you say what happens to you when you die. The raiders look at your Pip Boy search history 😂
Very fair point. Maybe I was blinded by how much better bleed can be on a ballistic weapon vs melee.
Pickman's Blade was made for stealth since it has a stealth blade mod attached to it. Demolishes a lot of high tiered enemies.
Theres no such thing as a vats build
@@rambojambo588There literally is tho????
Fun fact about the striker, it was made for a soldier who got injured I combat. Before he went to war he was a great bowler but after his injury he couldnt play anymore so the town somehow got hold of a nuke launcher and turned it into a bowling ball spitting war crime. Lol
Best backstory in the game
Those people badass legends! 😮
I found you quite funny and good music choices, btw. They made this more fun to listen to. And now I'll be doing my best to grab the fun weapons you show here. Thank you!
That's awesome. Thank YOU.
Thanks for the corrections.
Yeah there’s a good bit just incorrect with this video, it’s a pretty bad list imo
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this comment. Means a lot.

That's awesome! Welcome to the channel
As soon as you called Kent your main man, I knew you were cultured.

The sheer amount of clips of you just walking in and anhilating the railroad is inspiring.
😂
I know it's about as deadly as a wet fart in a crowded subway, but the Striker was always my favorite legendary just because it's a hilarious concept that would probably be better in real life assuming you could find someone that can easily carry the weight of a bowling ball on their shoulder.
Super funny. I wonder if anyone ever tried recreating one in real life? 🤔
The Striker is also a mod that you can put on Big Boy for double bowling 🤣
@@Flesh_Wizard 🤣🤣🤣
@@BT0WN
Yes, actually
I think you underrate bleed damage. It stacks PER HIT.
2 strikes would make the target bleed 2x as fast, ect.
Very fair observation. I would probably bump it up a few slots if I had the chance.
Ya I got a combat shotgun with bleed damage. It stacks with each pellet and is silly
The Aeternus can also be modified for a significantly higher fire rate, making the only downside high carry weight.
@@beanboy6934 does carry weight even matter on an x01 with carry augments lmao
Big Jim is my "oh fuck, there's a deathclaw and I'm out of ammo" weapon. Love that wrench.
Your Joy/Delight in presenting these wpns of death/destruction really cheer me up. Cheers!
Cheers! Thanks for watching.
With the railroad almost every time I play the game I run with them just long enough to unlock the armor mods and then it’s game over for them. Rip and tear until it is done.
I’m a little confused why Hub’s is so high on the list, but Righteous is so low.
The Railroad must be stopped at all costs.
literally the shittiest faction in any fallout game.
@@manboy4720 I would argue that the concepts for the Minutemen and Railroad are really good, but were just poorly executed in gameplay and story.
WHY?
the dog meat cryolator glitch hasn't been patched at this time you can get the weapon within the first 15 minutes of leaving vault 111 it's a 10/10 early game weapon
Strangely my dog meat does not follow me into the vault. Had to come back for it once i levelled up and picked it myself.
@@aj7803 that's a bug I have occasionally had that happen
Been watching a few Fallout 4 vids as I started a new stealth blitz melee playthrough. YT took note, flooded my feed, and I have been pleasantly surprised at how many very recent FO4 videos are still being uploaded.
Good luck on your run!
What I hate about Fallout 4's Legendary Effects is that they basically do what different types of ammunition should do. There are few unique weapons and effects that do deserve the title of unique weapon, but any legendary effect that modifies bullets should instead be different types of ammunition.
the legendary effects in fallout 4 feel either useless or are broken
Radium rifle and throat slicer fully upgraded is a perfect sub machine gun/knife combo
Sounds pretty freakin' deadly.
the wounding effect is great on automatic hitting weapons, since the bleed damage will rapidly stack up per tick, essentially explosive but without the risk of self death at close range
It also works really well on shotguns or laser pistols/rifles with the beam splitter mod attached.
Most entertaining tier list I’ve watched in a while 😂😂😂
Awesome work
Thank you so much!
sergeant ash is so criminally underrated it's unreal.
Sargent Ash doesn't just eliminate knees it completely melts every bone
It’s soooooo good
7:15 I just wanted to admire and not at all be jealous of the fact you got an explosive weapon drop, very cool
Clever!
But you'd miss his cool armor, right?

@@chessophiler awesome! Welcome to the channel
Probably one of the best videos I’ve seen in a while
Wow thanks
I'd put the assaultron head above the acid soaker, because you can at least USE the assaultron head to kill a raider.
The acid soaker uses adhesive for crafting ammo, by far the most valuable crafting component. Even if you farm vegetable starch, youre only going to get a dozen shots or sob each time
Your sub count definitely doesn't reflect this video's level of quality. Honestly I'm glad this was recommended to me since I've been longing to replay F4 for a few years now. Keep it up!

she's always at vault 81 or outside Diamond City for me. I never have a problem finding her
The thing about Righteous Authority is that it is an S tier weapon if you use it with an AGI+LCK gunslinger build. Many people tend to forget that you can just remove the stock and turn it into a pistol, which will make it insane for a pistol based crit build.
Did you find all of the hidden Cappys?

Whats missed is the thing that makes the Wounding legendary effect so good is the damage stacks infinitely. Its what makes Pickmans Blade so good until you find a Wounding of Furious Ripper.
However many attacks you can get off in 5 seconds is multiplied 5 and thats how much bleed damage is done.
And if the gun you find it on is a laser pistol/rifle, then you can make it a rapid-hitting, full auto laser shotgun
Informative and humorous. Love it! 👍👍

I wanna try more creation club weapons
24:47: Those 2 pretty much were tabletop RPG's, just in first person Shøøter form.
I’m glad you put spray n pray as number one since it is disgustingly powerful. It’s always my first obvious choice on a fresh playthrough. Just wing it to vault 81 and wait until crackhead cricket shows up. I typically pick it up below level 10.
