No you can’t. It’s actually the only event in the game that you can’t cheese with big mountain because the moment you choose wild wasteland it spawns the ship and vice versa.
My head cannon for the weathered 10mm pistol. I've always seen my courier and Lone wander as the same character, so when I start with this pistol I just imagine it's the gun Amata gave me back in vault 101. I was pretty young if I remember right and it's something that just stuck with me so I artificially inflated it to best pistol ever. This was back when I played the game as a self insert rather than a specific character to do some light RP to get different results and endings. Although I used other pistols like "That Gun" The 10mm stayed in my pack.
Ceasers legion is so evil I blew up their leader by putting 20 sticks of dynamite on his feet shooting the dynamite and then eating him that’s how evil he was
In my current melee/explosives build, Thump-Thump is my go-to engagement starter. Sooo satisfying to lob one or two bangers into a crowd of enemies before I charge into them with Oh Baby!
This is one of the reasons I like New Vegas. You can’t beat their unique line up, especially how some of them are tied with beloved characters (looking at you Joshua) and incredibly satisfying/aesthetically pleasing. It amazes me that an unfinished game still outshines both Bethesda titles that took years to make lol.
The boxing gloves are great for 1v1 encounters actually, it's a heck of a lot easier to destroy - for example - the legendary bloatfly, while they're unconscious, just switch to a different weapon after they pass out and go ham
loved the vid, but damn, Hyperbreeder that low? Maybe its just that laser builds in this game are broken as hell but that thing can carry you through the whole game cause once you get crit chance increases its basically just a free crit machine
As a correction, you get the COS rifle from Old World Blues in the ruined building to the east of the prison camp. Edit: The Red Glare also has unique modifications you can put onto it to make it even more insane.
I did an energy pistol/light armor build to LARP as a laser cowboy and the MF Hyperbreeder Alpha was GREAT. Not having to worry about ammo + being a crit build it just MELTED everything. Better criticals and finesse with a 10 luck build and it just destroys with its basically infinite ammo capacity.
Theres always a great awkwardness whenever I come across a new fallout youtuber, this underlined discomfort that the person, like unfortunately many in this community, is going to be some alt right/conservative/fascist who believes the most heinous and hateful things. While watching the video I was sat there thinking, "Its strange he hasn't shown these weapons being used on legion troops....I wonder if he's...yknow..." but then at 9:00 hearing you say that you don't tolerate that shit, that was an instant sub for me
The fact that you put the hyper breeder so low is absolutely astonishing. It’s a beast and it doesn’t need ammo. It’s a perfect hardcore mode weapon, and definitely the best energy side arm. It only struggles with heavily armored enemies and large groups. I can take out any cazadore nest in the Mojave with that thing.
New Vegas taught me that I really am a Kleptomaniac, because I knew I was NEVER going to use most of the special weapons I found, and I really needed caps, yet I chose to sell my shotgun ammo instead of the special Doctor gloves I got in Big MT, because it was a named item and therefore special, even though I would NEVER use it.
I'm digging your view counts with the Fallout videos. I've been subbed since the christmas Division run and always find your videos super interesting and chill 😊
LETTTT'S GOOOOO! Actually, I was thinking about making some vids on companions. In Vegas, I tend to roll with Boone. His sniper stuff is just too good.
I actually had the broken laser pistol on me the first time I did dead money. Turns out since it’s a quest item it doesn’t get removed. Really helped my energy weapon build character breeze through the villa
The Golden Gloves work like how hand-to-hand combat does in Morrowind, however in Morrowind, hand-to-hand is broken because of how accuracy works and because you can stunlock people infinitely.
24:30 one time in new Vegas I was surrounded by NCR troopers and I looked in my inventory to see if I had anything to fight with like a knife or something, and I found it in my inventory. I had a ton of 556 ammo, but all my guns that used it were broken I managed to win the fight somehow so it always had a little place in my heart.
little fun fact about All-American, it is named that after the ARMY 82ND airborne division. a real life unit and you can see the emblem on the side of the weapon when it is holstered on your back.
One of the things I still adore about FNV: I have almost 1400 hours in it, and then I see videos like this, and find there's STILL things I managed to miss. There's at least 3 weapons in this video, INCLUDING #1, that I've somehow managed to never find. Welp, guess it's time for my 30th or so playthrough? 😁
Missing laser pistol does have one great upside: it can be taken into Dead Money. Combine that with meltdown and you can kill ghost people by automatically dismembering them with that perk
The Sprtel-wood can be absolutely devastating with a full energy build. Shoot someone in a crowd and just watch as they all explode. Ammo is a bit of a concern though. I always use it in those gank fights the legion likes to throw at you.
1:41 I completely disagree the Euclid sea Finder is a great weapon, but it needs one more thing that people rarely use in this game. It needs the binoculars and what I’ve been doing is when I have objectives and they have large quantities of enemies outside. I use the binoculars to have them all spawn in at range and they don’t even know I’m there yet and then I use the sea Finder soften them up. Sometimes even wipes them because I get sneak critical
5:30 they are actually about to release "Fallout: Breaking" that follows the story after the Nuka Break web series! You unearthed a nostalgic memory watching Nuka Break all that time ago, looked it up, and saw that Zack Finfrock has been working hard on the second web series! Very hyped to see what they do!
The only thing that could make the Red Glare even more badass is if the explosions were in red, blue and white. Give those legion savages a nice taste of FREEDOM!!!
the LE bb gun gets a huge buff if you have the better criticals perk and the neutral karma level 50 perk its crit damage becomes better than any other gun by far also its silent making it great for sneak attacks

If you hit a stealth critical "Grand Slam", Old Glory does the single most damage of any weapon in the game, beating out a FUCKING MINI NUKE with tiny tots, the most powerful ammo type. You put this weapon below the STARTING GAME BROAD MACHETE
Dr. Mobius' glove can get to a 98% crit chance making it busted
The compliance regulator is one of the most broken weapons in the game with a crit build, it excels at exactly what you said its short coming is. It destroys packs of oncoming deathclaws exactly like the riot shotgun with the “and stay back” perk
I love the Rat Slayer a much as the next courier, I know the work it can put in with 100% crit chance and hp ammo, but putting it above the Gobi is Blasphemy.
Survivalist Rifle, the Sight is dead accurate, you just need to know how to use it, instead of shooting between the posts, shoot aiming only the right hand post on target.

Good points
@@BT0WN updated my comment
@@Maxsmackthank you. Old Glory is so good I couldn't justify not using it.
Getting love and hate early game led to one of my favourite moments in all my playthroughs, where I lured a nearby bighorner herd to the town to attack the bandits
At 38:16 you say Christine's rifle is in dead money when in fact it is found in old world blues not dead money. I would know because I don't own the dead money DLC and if anyone doesn't believe me you can look on the fallout wiki. Im not mad, im just disappointed.
Dawg all he did was say the wrong dlc I think you overracting a but
Thanks for the correction
Lmao I just brain farted
How do you not own a DLC????
Fun fact, if you opt out of wild waste land, when you go to big mountian you get a option to chage your starting perks. Where you can take wild wasteland, and the ycs and the alien blaster in the same run
No you can’t. It’s actually the only event in the game that you can’t cheese with big mountain because the moment you choose wild wasteland it spawns the ship and vice versa.
That kill with Knock at 17:57 is amazing!! Loved this video
Thanks!
Same :3
I love watching your videos when I want to relax
That’s a huge compliment. Thanks, man
@@BT0WN your welcome dude
One thing you forgot to mention about Sleepytyme: It's silenced, making it one of only two stealthy automatic weapons in the game.
great point
Perfect timing, I just started replaying New Vegas for the first time in a decade.
Ceasers legion is so evil I blew up their leader by putting 20 sticks of dynamite on his feet shooting the dynamite and then eating him that’s how evil he was
Epic!
LOL! Was Caeser (salad) tasty? I reverse pickpocket grenades on rude NPCs (after quest, of course) Rudeness pisses me off!
Such a quality video I was surprised to see you only have 13.8k subs. You just got yourself another one ☝️
Thanks! Welcome to the channel.
Looking forward to this one after the banger FO4 one, great work!
Thank you!!! Hope you enjoy
Only 3 holy grenades? Alright come hither snuffles
He deserves at least 2 out of 3
In the fallout tv show, you can see scarlets drawn mugshot from nuka break. It's in the government place with the ghouls conversation.
loved the vid, but damn, Hyperbreeder that low? Maybe its just that laser builds in this game are broken as hell but that thing can carry you through the whole game cause once you get crit chance increases its basically just a free crit machine
True. Maybe I should've put it higher...
Loved your fallout 4 legendary ranking video, very good surprise to see this one aswell.
Thank you!!! Glad you enjoyed.
As a correction, you get the COS rifle from Old World Blues in the ruined building to the east of the prison camp.
Edit: The Red Glare also has unique modifications you can put onto it to make it even more insane.
I won’t lie that “Jett crisis” edit gets me every time
😂
I did an energy pistol/light armor build to LARP as a laser cowboy and the MF Hyperbreeder Alpha was GREAT. Not having to worry about ammo + being a crit build it just MELTED everything. Better criticals and finesse with a 10 luck build and it just destroys with its basically infinite ammo capacity.
The Oliver Swanick bit got me so bad 😂 great video, thanks for the laughs!
Glad you enjoyed! 😂
Fun Fact: On the front of Salt-Upon-Wounds power fist, there is salt on it. Literally symbolizing his name in his weapon
genuinely appreciate you letting that whole part of the ff7 battle theme play, subscribed
Awesome! Welcome to the channel
Theres always a great awkwardness whenever I come across a new fallout youtuber, this underlined discomfort that the person, like unfortunately many in this community, is going to be some alt right/conservative/fascist who believes the most heinous and hateful things. While watching the video I was sat there thinking, "Its strange he hasn't shown these weapons being used on legion troops....I wonder if he's...yknow..." but then at 9:00 hearing you say that you don't tolerate that shit, that was an instant sub for me
Hahaha welcome to the channel, friend!
The fact that you put the hyper breeder so low is absolutely astonishing. It’s a beast and it doesn’t need ammo. It’s a perfect hardcore mode weapon, and definitely the best energy side arm. It only struggles with heavily armored enemies and large groups. I can take out any cazadore nest in the Mojave with that thing.
you dont find the COS rifle in dead money you find it in OWB
Yeah. Got lost in the commentary and made a mistake.
Really appreciate the support. It means a lot. So funny you mention that game… I was just thinking about how much I miss playing Division.
Quality video glad I came across your videos they seems really high quality!!
Much appreciated!
NEW BT0WN VID RAGGGHHHH LETS GOOOO (You should do companions next if youre up to it!!)
LETTTT'S GOOOOO! Actually, I was thinking about making some vids on companions. In Vegas, I tend to roll with Boone. His sniper stuff is just too good.
@@BT0WN in Vegas I either do Gannon or Raul, I like Boone too. In 4 you already know I gotta roll with my boy NICKY MF VALENTINEEE
I actually had the broken laser pistol on me the first time I did dead money. Turns out since it’s a quest item it doesn’t get removed. Really helped my energy weapon build character breeze through the villa
Yeah! It's a quest item so it doesn't get removed. Now try that with First of Rawr...
@@BT0WN I’m doing a mele run right now I just might
The Golden Gloves work like how hand-to-hand combat does in Morrowind, however in Morrowind, hand-to-hand is broken because of how accuracy works and because you can stunlock people infinitely.
Alright, you got me with the Oliver bit lmao. Keep up the work man I recently discovered your channel and I hope you continue to grow
Thanks, will do! Appreciate you.
27:09 okay that princess bride reference is hilarious
you have one of the best voices I've ever heard in a video
@@spidaaahs thanks!
7:20 the pulse gun counters power armor really well, I used it to clear hidden valley
@@Jessforprez epic
The intro is mispelled! No big deal. Excellent video!
My bad
little fun fact about All-American, it is named that after the ARMY 82ND airborne division. a real life unit and you can see the emblem on the side of the weapon when it is holstered on your back.
28:05 was that music from Quest 64 lol?
LMAO
I came here to make sure Christine’s BOS Sniper was No. 1 - now I’ll watch
It’s high… but I also had a brain fart and mentioned the the wrong DLC
Thank you for this great tier list on all of these amazing Legion killing tools!
Hahaha thank YOU for watching
So refreshing to see a video like this in 2024
👍
One of the things I still adore about FNV: I have almost 1400 hours in it, and then I see videos like this, and find there's STILL things I managed to miss. There's at least 3 weapons in this video, INCLUDING #1, that I've somehow managed to never find. Welp, guess it's time for my 30th or so playthrough? 😁
Awesome. Good luck on your next run!
You just made me start NV again, thank you
That's awesome! Good luck on your run.
Lots of great points
5:30 they are actually about to release "Fallout: Breaking" that follows the story after the Nuka Break web series! You unearthed a nostalgic memory watching Nuka Break all that time ago, looked it up, and saw that Zack Finfrock has been working hard on the second web series! Very hyped to see what they do!
Oh wow that’s awesome
Another thing about the Euclid sea Finder is that it has great damage mid game. It is like a mini nuke, which are not easy to find early to mid game.
Props for getting Joshua's pistol name right I see a lot of people call it A Light in Shining Darkness
👍
The only thing that could make the Red Glare even more badass is if the explosions were in red, blue and white. Give those legion savages a nice taste of FREEDOM!!!
FREEDOM!!!!
the LE bb gun gets a huge buff if you have the better criticals perk and the neutral karma level 50 perk its crit damage becomes better than any other gun by far also its silent making it great for sneak attacks
Greased lightning is so good. I love to pair it with the slayer perk to just shred anything within a foot and a half
That mid air hit With knock-knock was fuckin amazing
Also I feel ya on the Lily bit, couldn't even bring myself to harm her during my ONLY legion run I've done
Mannnnn best kill I’ve ever gotten
I have run through Vault 34 so many times that I clear it usually way before Marksman rifles even start spawning (around level 5-6)
Absolutely insane VATS kill at 17:55 lol
Lolol
Oh yeah. Mid-air decapitation.
11 minutes in and I must say your content is very good, keep up the good work.
Wow, thanks!
Fun fact about blood nap, if you crouch and use the vats R, it knocks down whatever you hit, I think, my melee build was a while ago.
