The immediate inaccuracy when they say that T60 is more advanced than T51 when its literally just a cheaply armored up variant of the T45 suit for troops facing indirect combat. Oh and to add tge fallout 4 and fallout 3 APA Mk2 is a redesign variant made of cheaper materials and simpler designs at ravenrock due to the lack of resources that would be widely available on the poseidon oil rig (Control station enclave)
It actually was the best pre-war suit. Probably not the most durable between them all, but the X-01 was a rare prototype that barely saw active use on the field, the T-45 was an outmoded model that was starting to show its age, and the T-60 was a logistically superior suit when it came to its production and matinence costs, but was still inferior to the T-51 performance-wise.
@@MR.LMR1996Trying to remember, while a late addition to the lore (being a Wastelanders Update addition), was the Secret Service T-65 only in the schematic phase during the Pre-War days?

What's great about Power Armor in the Fallout franchise is that it isn't just made for a tiny number of elite super soldiers, it's mass produced, and it has its own niche in military doctrine, like tanks or fighter jets.
The main use was for the niche anochorage fight, then because of how effective they are they were used in policing. Then after the war its more cost effective than making and manning a tank or something. Also the rule of cool 😎
The Iore the designers give to the Chinese power armor and the reason of design is really cool, but maybe most videos dont mention it because its based in stolen t-45 power armors
You missed the union power armor even though it was on screen, you missed the Tesla T-60 X-01 and X-02, you also missed the Appalachian enclave equalizer, prototype, and X-02 look alike power armors, also the vertiguard power armors, and a few others. There are many different power armors from fo76 that aren’t some raider or cobbled together power armors. Cover them!
Well they probably dont have any lore behind them just being added in by bethesda as they need to keep adding content like wth is the origin of the strangler power armour
@@MrHuxley yk it appears outside of the atom shop right? if you want to use it you have to buy it but it does appear outside of the atom shop its worn by communist commissar NPCs in fo76 it was also referenced in FNV and mention of communist power armor is in the fallout bible

Again video is false the chest plate is a stupid retcons attempt by the fallout Tv show. T-45d main issue with overheating in the suit and loss of mobility the wearer in recon under armor.
Raider PA became a thing in Fallout 4 when Bethesda removed the requirement for specialized training and switched to a modular, frame based system. Before that there was no examples of raiders in any games using PA. Its also cobbled together from literal scrap metal
Yes. Before Bethesda, PA was just another suit of armor that anyone could wear. Bethesda bought the IP then Fallout 3 & NV made it so you had to have specialized training to use actual Power Armor, though you could wear NCR salvaged power armor without the training. Then 4 removed the training requirement altogether and made it a modular, frame based system which 76 expanded on
@toakongu1 76 didn't expand on anything but being even lazier than fallout let's be honest on that Like number four at least did a little bit of effort into the graphics and stuff category 76 just did nothing They just went generic overhaul and hope nobody would call it out and it kind of worked 😑
First literal second of the video I saw the mixup between the T-45 and T-60 series of power armor and my brain just won't let me unsee it...

Really? Pretty sure everything in the TV show canonized the story

Dude, the intro is wrong. You switch T-60 with T-45.
In the original fallouts t51 is the best (and only) pre war armor, all the other ones (t45, t60, x01) were all retconned in by Bethesda.
Very true, its M1 Abrams of Fallout
T-51 Is the best change my mind
Its either the quantum x-01 or the nuka cola t-51

what about Union and the new vulkan power armor?
Hellcat? Ultracite?
I know that the Ultracite armor was based on the T51.

How are raiders using power armor? Wouldn't they need training to use it, since they didn't remove parts from it like the NCR?
One could argue you need training to use a sword, but we both know that's not true. Probably the same situation.
