Once again, such a great video! At the very beginning, when you talk about picking the "right size" label for your candle jars... so true! There are so many different sizes and shapes that can work for candle labels. Candle making in itself is such a creative endeavor, so to hear a creator encourage her peers to think outside the box and be creative with labeling is so exciting for us to hear. I've found having a dress makers measuring tape useful for lors gf things beyond labels. They are useful for measuringcandle jars, boxes, soap bars, molds and a bunch of other uses. Those things are hard to do with a wooden ruler, lol! This was a good video. I know some people use Avery labels and they're fine. They have less options and are more expensive. So I've always used Online labels and always liked the company. They ship quick too, I get mine 2 days after I put my order in. Can't get much better than that!

If the jar does not have straight (parallel) sides, how do you stick the label on the jar without getting wrinkles in the label?
My laser printer is amazing too! And now my labels do not smudge off if my hands are wet or have oil on them. With the inkjet labels, you could wipe off the ink so easily, so I bought a laser printer, sooo much better x

What size labels would fit on a 4oz jar ?
Hey Fariza! We know you left this comment a few months ago, but maybe we can still help. Depending on your jar, you could do 1x8 or .75x8 for the side and 2x2 for the lid. We hope that helps!

Hi Erica, I use the labels from OnlineLabels as well but recently I've been having issues with them printing outside the label area even when I adjust in their design software. Have you had any issues with that?

Yes! But you don’t have to get a label printer for shipping labels, you can just use a regular printer
