I love your videos! I've only been crocheting for 5 months so I think this flower border is a bit advanced for me but it is beautiful. I think I watch your videos as much for your enthusiasm, joy and the pleasure you get from doing what you do as for the new patterns!
Thank you for sharing these designs and for making so many lovely yarns . This so elevates crochet as an art. So many people have this perception that hand dyed and luxury fibers and making things you actually wear and are proud of are all realms that only knitters can access. Well done!
Chandi, you make me smile. I enjoy your tutorials, but that is not the only reason I watch. I enjoy your energy, and sweet personality. You make my day.
Gorgeous work of art! Have you ever thought about putting up instruction videos that we could buy from you? I have a hard time reading patterns but learn from watching you work your patterns. Thank you for sharing your gift for all to learn. I hope you re-release your collection of magnolia colours this summer!
You are as lovely as all your shawls and i love them all.Keep on giving happiness to all who watch and learn from all your tutorials. You are gorgeous and your works stands out 'coz they have very elegant colors and unique designs...
I've never made a comment like this ever ...that flowery edging is the most beautiful romantic ending that turns that shawl into a world award design ...all you work also the shawl with the rose on the bottom triangle OMG ..IM GOING TO ATTEMPT IT SOON AFTER FINISH NEW GRAND BABY ITEMS ...I THINK ILL TRY THAT EDGING ON A BLANKET OR SWEATER SOMEING FOR THE BABY GIRL ....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR GIFT ...AND YOUR VOICE AND YOUR TUTORIALS ARE NOT AT ALL IRRATATING SOME CAN BE ...THX AGAIN DEAR AND GOD BLESS YOOU ...
Good morning, Chandi! 🌷😀 Oh! My! Goodness! Bravo to the designer. Amazing design👏👏👏💐 You look gorgeous modeling the shawl. As always, everything is perfect. Love, love, love the watering can earrings. Perfect touch. Chandi, you think of every detail. Bravo to you too.👏👏👏💐 Thank you for sharing and for bringing us doable and wearable items. 🌷👍🥰 Btw, thank you very much for crocheting the flower. Greatly appreciated 🌼 🤗
Charlotte NC? I live about 45 minutes from there. As always, your work is gorgeous and I have purchased several of your patterns. You have also been so helpful in my knitting journey. I wanted to learn from the time I was small because my paternal grandmother would knit. My other family crocheted so I picked it up easily but knitting was my nemesis. I am a novice but it is beginning to feel more comfortable. Thank you
Hi Chandi! Beautiful shawl pattern! The flowers are so pretty! I love the way you switch from a pencil grip to a knife grip flawlessly! I can’t use the pencil grip to save myself! I look hysterical even trying it, lol. I’m happy with my knife grip thankfully! Thanks for another great tutorial! Have a wonderful weekend!🌸🌺
Hi Chandi. Actually we came down to visit my dad who has been in and out of the hospital a few times in the last few months. I had flown down in February. This time it was a road trip to have some quality time with him at home. Unfortunately, the day we arrived he had to go back into the hospital and has been there ever since. So I try and do my work remotely in the mornings and visit him in the afternoons. He is slowly getting better and we hope he will be discharged home soon. It’s not what we had planned but I am grateful to be spending time with him and helping my sister out. She takes excellent care of him as she did my mom, who we lost almost 2 years ago. He’s 92 and pretty healthy. Strong mentally too. Thank you for asking. 💗💗
@@theastewart6721 I am grateful that he is slowly getting better. I am also glad that you are able to spend sometime with him. I'm sorry that it didn't work out as you have planned. Your sister seems like a an incredibly lady... but she is related to you, so it makes total sense. 🤗. Sending you love. 💕💕💕
Oh that’s so sweet Chandi. Thank you. It means a lot. The doctor said he should be home in a couple of days. I’m hopeful. I need to get home but he comes first. Thanks for your kind words!💗💗
WOW, unbelievably beautiful, elegant and flows. Thanks so much for the tutorial and pattern. May make a bridal shawl and add this flower border, and perhaps change the colors. Thanks for giving me some awesome ideas.
Chandi, i have been stuck on the first section. Somehow i have been increasing the size when it should not. Would you please create a video for each section? That would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
I love it! This is why I watch all your vids! Sometimes it's new for me, that's fun, too. Thank you so much, be blessed and, please, get vaccinated as soon as you can! Yours, Conny
Glad you like it. We did release it as a pattern, which you can find at: www.expressionfiberarts.com/products/kola-street.html You can always find this type of information and what we feature in our videos in the full video description. Enjoy!

Hola. Veo que has contestado en español. Me gustaría preguntarte si tienes el patrón del chal completo traducido al español (o sabes dónde poder conseguirlo), porque yo lo adquirí en inglés y no me aclaro con los traductores. Gracias y un saludo.
This is just the pattern I need for a flower shawl I've been wanting to make but my bobbles don't look like yours. Can you do more stitch tutorials for this shawl. It is so beautiful
Me en cantan tus manos tu estilo y todos tus modelos. este chal es espectacular pero yo no entiendo tu Idioma y no me lo puedo hacer...pero tus formas de explicar son especiales👍👏🇪🇦
Great video and completely confused since no shawl for reference during crochet work. Is there or will there be another tutorial that includes shawl, flowers, and et al for reference during the completion of the entire shawl?
I Good morning Chandi! Thanks for this great tutorial! I’m primarily a knitter, but enjoy crochet. I would love to try this shawl. Will you be offering a tutorial for the body of this Chandishawl? That should be the name of it…it’s so you!
@@ExpressionFiberArts Oh, this is music to my ears! Absolutely amazing shawl...Janica Carter is fabulously talented! I love that this project is challenging and was SO hoping you would do a tutorial. This should be on EVERYONE'S HOOK right now in my opinion, lol. Also I adore the story behind the piece. I'm looking at the magnolia tree across the street from me right now and have been enjoy doing so for many many years.
I bought this pattern and I'm not very good at reading patterns I guess, can't seem to get the first half of the shawl correct. Maybe someday you could do a tutorial on that part. It's beautiful and I love the style of it.
I'm sorry you're struggling and appreciate the suggestion. Please feel free to send us an email at www.expressionfiberarts.com/contact-us/ and we can help you out a bit more with your questions regarding this portion of the pattern.
