    Hey, I am a viewer from Europe that has been watching you for the past few days. Your guides have helped me a lot and motivated me to actually take care of my hair. The only that I was wondering about is the leave in conditioner. Sadly in Europe, the pureology colour fanatic leave in conditioner is nowhere to be found. Its not on amazon and sadly not in any of the shops here. Do you have another suggestion for a leave in conditioner that might be almost as good as this one? That would be much appreciated, thank you.

      @@BlowoutProfessor Thanks,Chris for all the amazing advice on your YouُُTube channel- it is the first time I’ve come across such helpful and practical advice on how to make the most of my hair. I found your channel because I just bought a Revlon One Step Volumiser for short hair and already worked out some of the technique before I found your channel. Thanks so much for saving me from so many mistakes, and for pointing me the way to go. I’ve ordered Redken Blowout, but Pureology leave-in is way too expensive for me to afford and difficult to get here in the UK. I have been using Elvive Leave in Conditioner for coloured hair and learned through experience only to use the tiny amount you recommend. Is there any other leave in conditioner you know to be available in Europe and would recommend, at below 20 dollars? Among the ones available on Amazon are Revlon UniquOne Professional Leave in, Elvive No HairCut Cream Leave in Conditioner and John Frieda Frizz Ease. Olaplex Oil is also too expensive for me to afford, but I use Argan Moroccan Oil Spray and the non spray oil. The spray seems to me to work well. The non spray seemed much too heavy but I need to try applying it in the way you recommend. Thanks again for being such a wonderful, enjoyably entertaining hair adviser- I never dreamed I could do as much as you’ve shown me how to do. Looking forward to learning more from you.

    You 0:31 said, when you wash your conditioner out, it's gone and your hair is naked. Why is conditioner recommended if it all rinses out? Don't worry, I'm on the same kick with laundry detergent. If your laundry is clean, why does it smell like detergent?

    • @mariegarnier3370
      @mariegarnier3370 4 дня назад

      I think conditioner works like moisturizer. It's like a heavy cream that moisturizes your hair, and that you rinse it out. Then you apply another product (in skincare I think it would be called an occlusive) that prevents the moisture from escaping.
      About laundry detergent, I guess the only thing that stays on after it's been rinsed out is the fragrance molecules in the detergent that are not rinsed out in water. The cleaning agents and dirt are all rinsed out, so your laundry can be clean and still smell a little bit of detergent. But that's just my guess!

    Asking if there's something you consider second best leave in conditioner, or things to look for when buying one. I've searched high and low but Pureology is not available here and the one place I found it at, has it only as an expensive set piece, not separately.

    @Blowout Professor QUICK question! I am following you trinity system to a T, but I still have extremely static-y hair. I live in AZ so I know the dry desert does not help at all. I have very fine, long straight hair. I always apply a hair oil but that does not get rid of it. What can I do to relieve the static?? Thank you!!

    Bought the Pureology leave in based on this recommendation and my hair feels horrible and dry and is way frizzier than normal. I have very curly fine hair and creams simply work better for me. My hair also felt very sticky and felt like it was starting to break off. Now I’m just using it as a heat protectant but I rarely diffuse my curls

    Hey I am glad I found your channel. It has been very helpful.thankyou for your great advice.I really want to buy your products but my parents won't allow since its expensive . Could you please recommend a leave in conditioner and hair mask for me. I have fine, thick wavy and frizzy hair.

  • @Shandar_filigree

    I brought this leave-in conditioner based on recommendation here, unfortunately for my fine wavy hair, it produces more frizz. I really wanted to love this and for it to work unfortunately its not for me. I did some research and figured it is likely due to the isopropyl alcohol in it. My Olaplex No.6 is still my go-to leave in treatment.

Do you also have other recommendations that are (almost) as good as a leave in conditioner?

    Can recommend how to incorporate this into a wavy/curly routine? When you're apply gel and mousse to wet hair, would this be done before or after? Would the hair be too wet before? Would the gel and mousse keep it from absorbing if user after?

    I’m watching from Mexico, most products can be found in Salons. I use to have a beautiful fine but very voluminous hair, now with perimenopause is getting thinner, with no volume. My dermatologist recommended Nanogen as shampoo and NO conditioner, which I’m ok with, my hair does not get tangled. I
    I use Olaplex and no 6 whenever I blow dry my hair, which is maybe once a week, but I usually let it hair dry. Pureology is not available in Mexico. What other brand would you recommend?

    Quick question… the product description says this also provides heat protection. Could I use this as my only heat protector on wash days than use another heat protection product if I reapply heat before my next wash? I have super fine hair that gets weighed down extremely easily!
    Thanks so so much for all your wonderful videos!!!
