Thank you, Sir. If you are unstable focus on the basic pushup plank variation. To do this, simply hold the start/finish position of a traditional pushup. Keep your elbows straight, back flat. Hold for the recommended time, around two minutes. @lancevelez rounded dumbbells require additional core strength to stabilize yourself during the movement. You may consider them a progression.
