@@dimitrz2000 I do n't have had tremors but I have a soreness or feel pressure on my palms as I do this. Though it's first time I've incorporated into routine. Is the pressure on the palms normal initially too?
Bro doing them with added burpees kills me after doing it 1-3 times. I can only do 5 reps/5 sets of those, but it's an excellent exercise, just crazy challenging.
Same issue for me. What works for me is to use only one dumbbell so one hand stands firmly on the ground. Alternating makes it more challenging (in a good way).
@@aidenwalsh4320 not the same guy but after doing 3 sets of these I feel it nearly everywhere in my upper body besides my back lmao. Feels more like a core workout to me, but I mean hey gotta work it all out n
@@joetalentohmaybe its appealing the core's areas that helps build your back with the real back exercises or maybe im going too far lol fuck knows tbh
The core is working the hardest for me lmao 😂
Great demonstration and video!
Thank you for the demo!
How do you do this with rounded dumbbells? They tend to roll around.
put a blanket on the floor
New to working out, is it normal that hands tremor after doing some of these?
Probably from gripping the dumbbells. Should go away soon after.
yes i guess
Yes but over a period of time as you gain strength it should steady 🙂

Could you add a push up to this exercise?
No.
Of course you can.

From what I've seen, that's called a Scotty bob with the added pushup. Look up mountain tactical fitness for example.
So lit
How to do this with Circle Shaped dumbell?
Carefully
What if your dumbbells are round

This is the absolute worst exercise if you want to build your back
Why?
Lmk why? I am working on upper body and back and this is what's prescribed
Tbh it's really less for building your back and more of a core exercise

Worst exercise for your back
Too much talk less action
Take a take too long to explain how to do the exercise. I need to work on patience
god bless you my boy work on that shii
the video is literally not even 90 seconds long?
Thanks
