Great video. After 2 years of lifting, I thought I was getting stronger, but this exercise put me back into reality. Man, that move is tough to do correctly and with good form.

Great video, as always. Could you please do a video on SIDE planks and variations. I find them really akward to do, and I think it has to do with shoulder positioning. Love your vids, really informative. active plank + bear walks = amazing

Man, I can bent over row over 225 lbs. This move with 20 lb DBs is challenging. I will definitely be adding this to my routine!

Thank you so much for these videos! I’m subscribing! 🤘🏼💪🏼🙂 On a less serious note, the gent with the Green Hat (doing the exercise) looks like he has a Crispy Crème Donuts 🍩 shirt on! 🤣

Doing these with an added burpee is like strengthening your sanity.
I can only do 5 reps/5 sets. It is brutal, but definitely worth it.

When to do it in a workout? First, middle, or last?

I would give that one a try. I think it's more challenging and fun than the traditional and rather boring elbow plank.

I thought a renegade row incorporated a push-up as well?

I think some exercises are thought up with the intention of being as difficult as possible. That’s why the tried & tested exercises never go out of fashion. Things don’t have to be difficult to be effective.

Tucking is the equivalent of squeezing/locking your glutes for pelvic stability

Loool bro muscle size is not always in contrast with strength. There are powerlifters who look very lean and can lift a lot. There advice is legitimate.
